I have been around horses all my life and have been lucky enough to own a mixture of horses and compete it lots of different disciplines including BE,BJSA,BD. As like most horse owners I came across lots of equine issues. I always wanted to work alongside horses so i gained my National Diploma in Horse Management and BHS Stages and Teaching qualification which allowed me to teach and work as a head groom at some lovely yards with lovely owners and horses. I then went on to complete my equine science degree where i specialised in anatomy and physiology, bio-mechanics, nutrition and physiotherapy . My dissertation i researched the effect rider posture had on the effect of the horses way of going. It showed that riders have a big impact on their horses movement, performance and health.
