The street dogs of Romania have horrible lives, everyday they have to fight to survive. Many people are out to kill the dogs as they see them as vermin, they are captured off the streets by 'dog catchers'. They are then taken to 'public shelters' where they are left to starve, these are the lucky ones. The others are poisoned, bludgeoned to death, injected with bleach - the horrifying list goes on

. THIS HAS TO STOP - it it not fair that these dogs have to suffer in this way. I fundraise to bring these dogs to the UK and to get them into homes where they will be part of the family and will be loved and safe, they have already suffered enough, they deserve a family to call their own. For any further info on any of my current Romanian dogs please drop me a message

This is kalea, she is 6 years old and a really sweet dog, she’s approximately 10kg so not very big, roughly the size of a cocker spaniel.
She’s a good girl, gets in with dogs , cats and all humans!!
She can come to the Uk if she gets a firm home offer, I don’t have the room to bring her over without a home offer as I have no room and no fosters .
She is fully vaccinated and had her blood tests and neutered.
Her adoption fee is £450.

These pups were found abandoned in Romania back in December, thankfully they all survived , one of the black pups has been adopted by the person who found them, the other 4 are coming to me to find their forever homes, the 2 blacks are arriving on 24th Feb and hopefully the 2 white ones will follow a month after. They will be approximately 4 months old and would’ve had all of their vaccines and blood tests.
Their adoption fees are £450 each
They will be in Hertfordshire.

I’m gonna need a lie down in a darkened room after seeing my bill though!
Any help would be much appreciated.

I took Norma back to the vets this morning as I wasn’t happy with how her eye was looking , it’s been 10 days now and should be showing some signs of improvement but I can see that it’s getting worse, I believe that the drops have aggravated it and the vet agrees , she’s still on oral antibiotics and they have now kept her in to stitch the 3rd eyelid over to protect the eye and help it to heal.
Poor Norms has been through the mill lately . She will keep the stitches in for a minimum of 3 weeks and hopefully that should do the trick.

Unfortunately Norma was back at the vets today, she has an ulcer in her eye. I took her last week as I noticed that her eye was sore, she was prescribed 2 types of drops to be administered twice a day. But unfortunately it’s got worse and she’s not very happy poor little mite, she’s certainly been through it recently, the drops have been increased and she now has to wear a cone , if no change in a couple of days then she’ll have to go back, at least she has her friend Angel to comfort her.

These little cuties are 4 months old and found abandoned a few weeks ago along with their 2 other siblings who will be travelling a couple of weeks later once I can afford to bring them too.
The first is a girl called snickers, the boy is called Twix.
They will be ready for their new homes beginning of March .

This little guy was found abandoned in Romania, very matted and dirty as you can see, he will be coming to me at the end of Feb and ready for his forever home early March .
I have called him Daz cos hopefully once he’s been shaved and cleaned up he will be whiter than white!

Maria had an X-ray today and nothing was detected, the thing that they saw on the scan was the bullet that she still has in her!
This was Maria in her heyday, she was a force to be reckoned with , so pleased don’t feel sorry for disabled dogs as they don’t feel sorry for themselves!

Thank you to everyone that donated to Norma’s treatment I have paid off my remaining bill this morning of £1,713.30 , I had already paid £1,000 2 weeks ago! There’s always someone that needs to go!
Maria ( the dog in the pic) is booked in for Tuesday to have exploratory tests , scan and possibly X-ray, as she keeps getting urine infections, literarily every 2 weeks, she’s paralysed so has no control of her bladder, but it was never a problem for the first 10 years that she was with me, but the last 2 years have been a struggle, I now have to express her which works well but despite this she keeps getting infections and due to these she doesn’t want to eat much and has lost an incredible amount of weight.
I took a urine sample to the vets to get tested as I was sure that she had the same as Norma but no crystals were detected so the chances are she doesn’t have any stones but I have asked for further tests to definitely rule those out and to make sure nothing else is going on.
Considering her age, 14 years , and the fact that she has been paralysed for 12 of those years and she also still has a bullet in her from when she was shot in Romania , her blood work was surprisingly good, liver and kidneys are good, I put that down to a good diet, raw.

Rosie and Jim are very playful so will definitely need to live with a playful dog if not homed together.

Little Bagel has found his forever home, they absolutely adore him and he is now the centre of their world!!

Norma is home and was surprisingly spritely when I collected her, she’s now fast asleep on the sofa after having her dinner. There was one fairly big stone in her bladder that was removed and it will be sent off for analysis and is going back to the vets tomorrow for a check up , she seems fairly comfortable though, let’s see if the peeing stops now or if it’s habitual .
