We’re sad to share a member of our pack has travelled over rainbow bridge 💔
Joey is a dog I’ve known since he was a pup, long before Peppa’s Pooch Playhouse existed. I warned his Mum many times to be careful I don’t steal him - he was the gentlest dog, friendly, waggy and generally, a lovely soul. We then had the pleasure of having him stay with us regularly; he was a joy to have and settled into our family so well.
He will be truly missed and we send all our love to his family 💜

She is keeper of the stairs so she can survey all going ons, has a better internal clock than my iPhone and lets us know when it’s dinner time! Any puddle she finds is explored to its fullest! He then loves to find any pile of fabric (other than a bed!) to have a nap on. Our fifth doggy is Betty - known most as Bettina or Black Betty, the only dog I know with her own theme song!! She is the sweetest little lady you’ll meet but let her off her lead and watch her fly! Our fourth dog is our dog, Cora. She has more nicknames than any being I know and has a corner of the sofa that’s always hers - even if it means we sit on the floor!! But she deserves it, our failed foster from Rommie Rescue Sussex, she came to us in December 2019 and never left. Rescued from a horrible situation; left outside in all weathers with limited food and water and beaten 😞 anyone who knows Cora knows she is gentle at heart, once you’re through her tough exterior! You can have the corner Piggy

Our third dog this year is Bobby. A frequent guest of ours, Bobby always bursts through the door, tail wagging looking for his friends, old and new (Missy, pictured with him, was very taken with him!!)! Bobby is a very friendly, happy and loving dog. He loves running round a field and cuddles on the sofa in equal measure. And look at that face 😍 what’s not to love! Thank you to Bobby’s family for trusting us to take care of this gorgeous boy!
