Here at Emmy's every dog is given a personal , professional experiance in a relaxed salon environment. I have over 13 years professional dog grooming experience and I'm an ex Dog grooming teacher from plumpton college. My qualifications are Level 2 OCN dog grooming and Level 3 City and Guilds dog grooming certificates. Here are a list of services I offer:
-Bath and brush out
-Bath and clip/trim
-Hand-strip
- De-matting
-V.I.P spa package

All of these include Ear cleaning and nail trimming.

I thought I'd do a post for all my new clients & followers to introduce my self 😊

I'm Emmy, Owner of Emmy's Hairy Hounds😊
I first started my grooming career as a apprentice at a local vets in their grooming salon 15 years ago, I worked in several different grooming jobs including teaching Dog grooming L1 & L2 at plumpton college until I decided to take the plunge 12+ years ago to start my own business from home, I got so popular I decided to expand in to a shop front salon 5 years ago & I've loved every second 🥰

I have my own 4 loony dogs:
Peggy the pug(extreme sofa slug)
Gus the ancient spaniel (aged like fine wine)
Barry the jug (always up for a play)
& Bam the speed noodle lurcher- need I say more 🤣

I'm level 3 city & guilds fully qualified, fully insured, highly recommended (check our reviews) Award winning 2024🏆with 15 years experience so you can rest assured your pooch is in good, caring hands ❤️

I cover all aspects of dog grooming & Teeth cleaning 🦷

I'd like to wish all my wonderful clients a very Happy New year filled with love & happiness.

What a crazy year it has been, lots of laughter, love & unfortunately a few injuries😬 We Won BEST pet grooming business in Sussex!!!🏆 at englands business awards❤️ which I still can't get over! 😍😭 and we welcomed little ( not so little anymore) Barry into our lives ❤️

I always get a bit emotional going into a new year, 12 years ago when I left my employed grooming job on a whim with nothing & no clients I never could of imagined I'd still be doing the job I love I'd like to thank all of you for your continued support, it truly means the world to me ❤️
& Thank you for choosing my small business ❤️

As we enter 2025 it will be our 12 years trading & 15+ years working in the industry.

My qualifications are Level 2 OCN dog grooming and Level 3 City and Guilds dog grooming certificates. I am also vet recommended by several different veterinary practises. Here are a list of services I offer: - Bath -Bath and brush out -Bath and clip/trim - Hand-strip - De-matting All of these include Ear cleaning and nail trimming. A FREE drop off and collection service is available! Evening and Saturday appointments can be arranged subject to availability. Fully insured and CRB checked!
