Important Notice for Pet Owners:
Due to increasing numbers of positive cases locally, to ensure the health and safety of all the dogs we care for, we are enforcing a policy regarding grooming appointments. For the safety of all animals in our salon, dogs that have been in contact with parvovirus or leptospirosis (lepto) will not be allowed for grooming services for a minimum of 2 months following exposure or diagnosis.
Exposure includes not only direct contact with infected dogs but also exposure in the home, car, or any other environment where the virus may have been present.
Both parvovirus and leptospirosis are highly contagious and can pose significant health risks to other pets. We want to do everything we can to prevent the spread of these serious illnesses and maintain a safe environment for all pets in our care.
In addition, we groom high-risk dogs in the salon, including those undergoing chemotherapy or elderly dogs with compromised immune systems. These pets are particularly vulnerable, and it’s crucial we take every precaution to protect them during their grooming sessions.
If your dog has been diagnosed with or exposed to either of these viruses, please let us know before coming to an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our grooming salon safe for everyone.

*As always please don't bring dogs to appointments if they have had unusual Sickness or Diarrhoea within 48hrs.
