We are the largest horse rug cleaning company in the North West of England. We are a Daddy, Daughter duo who wash, reproof and repair horse rugs within a 60 mile radius of our base in Lumb. (BB4) We took over Rug ‘N’ Ready 11 years ago from our sister-in-law who became terminally ill. We assured her we would keep the business thriving and make it into all she had wanted it to be. We moved the location to the heart of the Rossendale valley and to this day continue to work effortlessly to ensure your horses rugs get the TLC they deserve.
We pride ourselves on the products we use and the fact we air dry all rugs to comply with manufacturers guidelines and prevent damp spots which eventually result in mould. Rugs are turned daily in our line room of 20 lines and once dry go into the packing room to have velcro scratched, hair brushed off and tears repaired. All repairs are done on site and only the best clips, material and thread are used.
Our rugs are all individually packed for ease of storage and our collection and delivery service is FREE within a 60 mile radius of base.
We both have a keen eye for detail and above all have the same passion for our horses as you have for yours.
