Hi all, apologies for being quiet of late.
Unfortunately I have decided to take a step away from training for the foreseeable.
I have had an amazing journey over the past 5 years, working tirelessly to become an IMDT Qualified trainer and helping many families improve their relationships with their dogs. I have not come to this decision lightly but I feel the industry is flooded with new trainers with a multitude of training ethics, (not all good) and online training/quick fix dreamers.
I am enjoying a change of career at present and want to devote my spare time to my family, horses and pack of dogs.
I want to thank each and every one of my clients and all the lovely dogs I have worked with over the past few years.

Great end to the season, stewarding at Dove Valley AV spaniel field trial.
I’ve been honoured to be asked to steward this season and watch some of the best dogs and handlers compete, with some great company ☺️Well done to everyone in the awards

Be aware of these Christmas dangers, there will be lots of foods and chocolates around over the coming days, make sure they are out the way of your dogs, if they do accidentally eat one of these get in touch with your vet asap

It’s that time of year when I pause my training,
Due to training outside, dark nights, awful weather, new job and working our own dogs during the shoot season.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support this year.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and new year! Be back hopefully around February ‘24. Xx

Yesterday saw my last puppy class for 2023 come to an end, these two pups and their owners have been fab to work with and I’ve really enjoyed seeing their progress. Well done!

Although my classes have now come to an end for this year, I do have limited availability for 1-2-1 training available.

Dorothy…. 14week old St Bernard showing off her excellent lead work with Lee 🤩

I just had to show this off! Two weeks ago willow had no off the lead time, she lunges and pulls on the lead and owner was worried she wouldn’t come back when off lead. Today Liz and willow achieved all of this off the lead with total focus. It’s still work in process but wow!!! Well done Liz and willow 🥰

Deposit required on booking to secure Your place 🐾1-2-1 availability throughout march, week day and limited weekend availability. Tailored to you and your dog. 🐾Home visits- new puppy in the family? Training problems? Behavioural problems? 🐾Pet gundog, tips on how to stimulate your pet gun dog breed in the correct way, hunting, retrieving, steadiness. 🐾Training walks, training out and about with you and your dog (after initial assessment at my training field or your home) Please message me if you’d like to book on to any of these or would like further information. All classes and workshops will be at my training field in Burntwood.

Super proud of Bear today, a couple of weeks ago he had never been off the lead and was a nightmare to walk. 3rd session and I couldn’t be more happier with the progress. Well done Kerry! We had a tired Bear after this session 🥰🐾

Loose lead training with Dotty 😋

This is ozzy, a foster dog from spaniel assist, who is currently living with Sarah, came for some recall training, really pleased with his progress in such a short time and in such a highly stimulating environment ☺️

My long awaited level 3 in Dog training and behaviour has arrived from the OCN, lots of time, courses and ££ went into achieving this. I want to be able to provide the best possible service to my clients, as it’s not just dog training, it’s owner training too and getting owners to understand how dogs learn and help them achieve their goals with their dogs. Now what next 🤓🤔

How good is this……. Bill picked up the around so quick, I was very impressed…… love bill 🥰

Wren puppies all left for their new homes today, gonna miss having them around. 🥰

I’m sure Natalie won’t mind me sharing this, this was yesterday with her dog penny, who in this video clearly want taking any notice to natalie. Next video was during the same 1 hour session with me…… just look at the difference, penny is engaged and listening much better ☺️
