Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for a number of months now. He gets so excited when he realises he’s going in the mornings and when Vernon arrives to collect him. I can tell he’s in completely safe hands in their care and the experience has honestly been faultless, there’s no where else I would trust sending our pup.

He’s really benefited from regularly socialising with other dogs and we can see from the pictures on the daily emailed reports, he has the time of his life there, always has his happy face on.

Vernon shows a clear passion for dogs and is highly knowledgeable in providing the best care for them. It’s a home away from home and has exceeded all expectations. Worth every penny!!!

Bailey goes here on a weekly basis. It is an excellent way to meet her full potential. She is able to meet a variety of breeds and she socialises with all. It is a fun packed day and burns her energy with running and playing!! I know she is in safe hands and would recommend anyone to take their dogs here !! Excellent!!

My Dachshund has been going to My Best Friend Burntwood for Daycare for some time but has recently stayed with Vernon and Jen for her “holidays” whilst we were away.

She went on lots of walks to different places and loved playing with her doggy pals in their awesome new garden. We got updates and photos everyday so we knew she was in safe hands and we could relax.

Safe to say she loved it! (I think she’s missing them today 🤣 )

My little Dachshund has been going to Vernon and Jen at Doggy Daycare for a couple of months now and I cannot fault the excellent care that they have provided for her. She settled in straight away and it has helped her social skills and separation anxiety massively! Vernon and Jen have been really accommodating and put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with how she gets on and I always look forward to the photos and daily reports that they send at the end of the day ☺️. I would fully recommend their care at My Best Friend Daycare, they have been great and my pup is definitely a happy little thing when she gets home from her days spent with them and the other dogs.

Great punctual professionalism delivered with a genuine passion for care and safety for your pup. Vernon provides a fantastic service, which we are regular returning customers of. Vernon has such passion for dog care, which is evident in his knowledge and experience. Our puppy Reggie has felt reassured, relaxed, and grown in such confidence in socialising since attending. We look forward to our daily updates of what our puppy has been up to throughout the day - which is documented in fun lovely photos and commentary in their Service Reports. Very comfortable with leaving our fur baby in his care! It’s his home away from home. He always runs to their door keen to commence his exciting day with his new best friends. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Vernon is excellent, I highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Our Labrador loves going out for walks with Vernon and all his doggy friends. We feel very lucky to have found such a diligent and professional person who we can trust to look after our dog. The communication after the walks is brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant. We were a bit nervous before letting Jali go with Vernon as she is a nervous dog but she absolutely loves it, loves playing with other dogs and is coming out of her shell loads! Vernon has been absolutely fantastic. Also love seeing the service report at the end of every walk with some pictures of what she’s been up to. Thank you

Oh my goodness. What a FANTASTIC experience I have had with Vernon and Jen at doggy day care!. They are so professional in every aspect of their job. You can instantly feel the love they have for their roles and for their doggies! Winnie has had the most amazing Fridays socialising; sleeping and going on long doggy walks!. Vernon keeps me updated throughout the day with a service report and photos! I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving our little sausage with anyone before!!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!🤎🐶

A doggy daycare that surpasses all expectations! Our miniature daschund has been attending a day per week for socialisation with other dogs for a number of months due to him being very shy and nervous. Initially we were nervous but after the initial meeting with Vernon to discuss the service they offer and to see how Buddy coped with other dogs we knew he was going to be in safe hands. We receive an electronic report and photographs of what the doggies have been up to and how they have behaved at the end of the day in which they have attended!!
Recently we went on holiday and Buddy boarded with Vernon and Jen, we looked forward to seeing his daily reports and this allowed us to be more relaxed during this time knowing he was being well looked after.
Nothing is too much trouble and I know Buddy is treated as part of their family along with the other dogs they care for.
Well done Vernon and Jen, keep up your amazing work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Although it was very short notice for my request for doggie day care and I couldn’t be helped Vernon got back to me on the same day. I will enquire again if I need doggie day care and can provide more notice.

The most friendly and professional dog boarding company we have ever used. Bruno stayed with Vernon for 2 weeks while we were away getting married. Even after the first meeting we felt comfortable and settled leaving him in the hands of my best friend dog care. We were sent daily updates showing how Bruno was settling in and playing with the other dogs at day care. Bruno was a rescue dog so we did not feel comfortable leaving him in a kennel. My best friend dog care is just a normal home where vernon and his wife treat your dog as their own. He was given snuggles on the sofa at night and plenty of walks which meant he was getting a home from home experience. Just what he needed while away from us for so long. If I am honest I was worried he wouldn’t want to come home he was having such an amazing time.

We will certainly only be using Vernon from now on as you can see how much he cares for your fur babies.

Our dachshund Arlo has been going to Vernon and Jen for about 6 months. He attends day care twice a week and has also boarded with them whilst we were on holiday. Arlo loves going and gets super excited when we pull up at their house. We get service reports daily updating us on what he has been up to, including pictures of him with his doggy friends. We feel that Arlo is very well cared for by Vernon and Jen and always receive positive feedback about how he’s getting on. It is a comfort to us (both working full time), knowing that Arlo is safe and kept busy during the days. We would be lost without them.

As with many “lockdown puppies” my dachshund wasn’t coping with me going back to work full time so I needed someone I could trust to look after her.

As soon as we had a meet and greet with Vernon I knew my best friend Burntwood was the right place.

We get photos and updates, plus a report at the end of the day so we can see her daily adventures.

But the best thing has to be seeing her so excited to go and play with her dog friends. As soon as we pull up outside she can’t wait to get in, that is worth every penny!

I would highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care, a very friendly, caring and professional service.
Vernon and Jen are so committed and passionate and they really do offer a home from home environment.
Our pup Luna can be very nervous but Vernon and Jen have really gone out of their way to ensure Luna feels comfortable, working with Luna at her own pace she has the best time! After only four visits I can really see a huge difference in Luna’s behaviour and positive progress.
We are updated with photographs, videos and a fabulous service report at the end of the day which is so lovely to read and is something I look forward to receiving.
Vernon and Jen really do go above and beyond all expectations and we are so thankful Luna has been lucky enough to secure a place with them.

We can’t praise Vernon and Jen enough. Polly was a lockdown puppy so she could be nervous of new dogs/people. Polly joined Vernon and Jen for day care and whilst she was nervous at first, they let Polly become comfortable at her own pace and she’s now grown into a confident girl. We get a report at the end of the day with photos and what they have been up to which is lovely. Polly has now stayed with Vernon and Jen overnight too. It is a real home from home experience and you can tell how much Vernon and Jen love the dogs. Our only regret is that we didn’t start the day care sooner!

We can’t praise Vernon and Jen enough. Polly was a lockdown puppy so she could be nervous of new dogs/people. ★★★★★
