We, at Ready 2 Run Agility, had a Mock Agility Show for the young lockdown dogs to gain experience in a show environment. Ringside parking, tea van, scribes tent with queuing behind, a judge in the ring and other clubs attending.
OMG it was needed, of 4 runs Zeb only concentrated on the last one!! It was a fab day though and we met some lovely people and dogs.

The true story!?!?!?

We have been made aware of a post circulating on Facebook stating that hand sanitisers contain Ethylene Glycol (which is found in antifreeze and is potentially toxic when even a small amount is ingested).This post recommends that you should avoid letting your pets lick your hands if you've used hand sanitiser because it is toxic. This is NOT TRUE.

Hand sanitisers have a high alcohol (ethanol, isopropyl alcohol or n-propanol) content and can be harmful if ingested in a large quantity (i.e. the contents of a bottle) but if it is licked from your skin, it will NOT harm your pet.

Mani-Pedi, even for boys! Keeping nails short helps posture and balance. I use a Dremel as it's so much easier & I can't see what I'm doing with clippers-only a couple of seconds on each nail though as it can get quite hot. For this boy it means snuggle on the sofa time....

Learning back end awareness👍 not many dogs realise that their rear legs can work independently, so this is really useful especially if you want to do any dog sports but it's good to know anyway.
