🙏🐶Can you please help us with Fred?🐶🙏
On Monday, we had four senior, very sorry looking chihuahua crosses brought into us. Fred being one of them had a very apparent lameness to his back left leg of which he couldn’t weight bare at all, the poor boy was looking very uncomfortable😢, we don’t know how long he had been like this for. He was seen to by the Vets and it was determined that he would need the leg amputating, of which he had this done on the same day as being seen.
Thankfully his surgery was a success and he is already getting around much better, however the surgery was of course a strain on our monthly outgoings to the vets, which are already 5-6k on average! He will later need a dental once he has recovered, which adds even more of a cost and we’re yet to find out if his other amigos will require medical attention outside of routine needs🙉.
On top of our usual routine vet operations & appointments we’ve already had a huge dental, an eye entropion, a gastro investigation this month alone and so we could really do with help to fit Fred’s bill and possibly help towards our other vet bills too for his amigos🙏.
