We just wanted to take a moment to share some heartbreaking news. Barney, our beloved gentle giant, has made his way across the rainbow bridge - with his tail wagging and a ball in his mouth.

We have spent over a year with him, learning and bonding with him. He became a part of us, and he’s left a barney-shaped hole in our hearts. We’re grateful for the time we shared with him, and we forever get to keep the memories of his best moments with us.

Through all the sunshine and the rain, the stubbornness without his coat and the slobber-fueled kisses that we shared - Barney was always a joy to be around, and we were extremely lucky to have met his owners when we did - because he changed our lives for the better.

Our thoughts and support goes out to his pawfect parents at this time. Their love for him was contagious, and he was raised with so much patience, joy and compassion and it truly reflected on him. They’re genuinely amazing people, and they did everything right - and we hope that they remember that.

“When I first met Barney, I knew that he’d become part of us. He just had that smile, paired with his d***y face, and he became my friend. He was strong, fast and dribbly - and I knew that he loved us back when he started to have his tantrum days, because he knew he could get away with it. We couldn’t get mad at him, even if he did steal our breakfast out of our hands or push our dog over into mud on the field. It won’t be the same without him, and I’m so glad that we have a plethora of videos and pictures to look over whenever I need to see his smile. Until we meet again, Barney Boy, sweet dreams ❤️” - Dani

“Barney didn't exactly like me when we first met, especially not when I tried to go into his house. While he absolutely adored Dani and Tia, I had to earn his love, and it took me over a year to do. But once I had earned it? He was one of the sweetest, most loving pups I had ever met, always trying to jump up and give kisses. Barney was so unique, and I know the phrase is thrown around a lot, but Barney was truly one of a kind. And while I can't count the number of bruises I got from the not-so-gentle giant with my fingers, neither can I count the amazing memories that I will treasure forever. I know he has safely crossed that rainbow bridge and is running through fields with a bunch of new friends. Barney was the first dog I really had to work to get to trust me, and I am so glad I did. I will truly never forget Barney Boy 💙" - Rhea

“This is really hard to write, I never thought I’d have to bring up the courage to do so. Barney was goofy, loveable and also very stubborn. If he didn’t want it our way, it had to be his way - and honestly, his way wasn’t so bad. The first thing I think of when I picture Barney is the amount of times where he would purposefully knock my phone out of my hand so he could get my full attention - he was quite camera shy when he was giving me affection, almost like he didn’t want Dani or Rhea to be jealous that he loved me the most! He loved rolling in mud, but god forbid a bit of rain gets on him without his coat on - he’d plant his feet and I’d physically have to drag him to shelter, that’s the only time he’d use his weight and strength against me - but I love him for it. Even in public if we were to see him out in the wild, he’d see me and stare (or almost pulling his owners over to get to me) and I am grateful to be one of his favourite people - I’m extremely lucky. I love you Barney, you will always be in my heart, sleep well 💜” - Tia

Happy Pride Month ❤️

Last year, we made a joke about pride month but this year (after everything within politics recently) we’ve decided to be more serious.

This company is run entirely by LGBTQ+ people. If it weren’t for the Stonewall Riots, and the continuous fighting for rights, we wouldn’t have been able to start a company. Hell, we would’ve been shunned for existing and possibly imprisoned or even worse. We hate to think what life *could have* been, and we’d rather be grateful for how it is now.

Years and years of progression has allowed us to not be afraid of who we are, and feel more accepted. Pride month is to celebrate those who lost their lives to ensure we get to keep ours.

With the politics happening today, we need to stand up more than ever. We need to showcase that we do in fact deserve to keep our rights, and so does our non-binary friends, and our trans friends, and every other person within the LGBTQ+ community.

Happy Pride Month to you all 🙂

We’re proud of who we are ❤️

Hi all! As the heat is beginning to increase, we are forced to prepare extensive measures to make sure that each and every dog is safe.

Up to 18 degrees we have no problem with taking the dogs out. However, as soon as it hits 18 degrees, we need to be cautious. We may move back/forward a walk for your dog if we believe that the heat may cause issues for them due to their coats, how they are with drinking water etc.

Now it’s reaching 20+ degrees, we have made the concious decision to cancel or severely cut down the times for bookings or move them early in the morning/evenings. Our dogs deserve to enjoy a walk during the day, however their safety is our main priority.

We are happy to do drop ins whilst you’re at work, for half an hour or so in the garden etc, however we will not be collecting dogs once it hits 20+ degrees.

As much as some people may believe that it’s not too hot, a lot of factors play a part in heat stroke. Not only do we need to consider how they are in the heat, but we also need to note how they are when they need to cool themselves down. Some dogs find it harder than others, and this poses as a risk.

We are 100% happy to move around the midday/late afternoon slots to something more responsible. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions, and we do apologise for any convenience.

A friendly reminder that we don’t discriminate against dog breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments etc! If you’re unsure if your nervous large-breed dog would fit in with us, we’ll be happy to give it a shot!

We have no issues with XL Bullies either, and we are very happy to accept them for walks as long as we can keep within the government’s guidelines (it’s not a secret how much we hate this ban!).

Big dogs, small dogs, every dog! Feel free to pop a message!
