We have a trailer load of around 60 bales of hay we are yet to put in the barn.
We are offering delivery on these if you can take them all.
Must have help to unload at your end.

£4 a bale, will be counted off on delivery.

Sorry guys, things have been all a little mental with us, barely time to breathe.

Anywhoo…

We are in the midst of collecting hay from the field.
You will be pleased to know that we have done some small bales this year as soo many of you asked nicely.

So here it is, half I think 🤔

Due to how crazy things are I’m afraid we cannot offer delivery. These will be for collection only.

We have also done some smallish 4ft bales which are also available.

Job Description

· Undertake general Grounds Maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub bed maintenance, clearing of leaves, fencing and site clearance.

·Assist with farm yard duties when required

· Undertake chemical control (trained personnel only) e.g., the application of herbicides, using different types of applicators, e.g., knapsack. To be done in accordance with approved procedure and Health and Safety guidelines.

· Complete daily / routine checks on equipment and machinery.

· Complete daily machine maintenance (greasing and tyres etc.)

· Complete all necessary recording sheets as per statutory requirements.

· Undertake driving duties using a variety of light vehicles and trailers.

· To ensure all work carried out in accordance with site specification upon completion.

· To work in accordance with Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations, and to report all accidents.

Qualifications and Skills

· Experience in similar roles desirable but not essential as all training will be given.

· Driving licence – essential (due to location or must be able to get to Newborough)

· Experience towing trailers preferred, not essential

· PA1/PA6 spraying certificate preferable, but not essential.

· First aid certificate an advantage

· Chainsaw licence an advantage
