Hello everyone!
Just to let you all know I’m now off on a little holiday for my birthday! I’ll reply to all messages when I return! Can’t wait to see everyone when I get back! 🥰
Taking this little princess out on an adventure walk!
This service is great for dogs that need extra sniffs and stimulation to tire out. The forest is full of amazing smells from all the wild life that live there!
So lucky to have this incredible route on our door step.
Life is blissful when you’re surrounded with amazing dogs 🤍🐶🐶
Progress of Toby
As many of you know, dog walking is a big part of this business.
I just want to take a moment and share Toby's story.
First of all Toby was described as a gentle soul but had some defensive issues because he had been bitten by another dog in the past.
So EVERY TIME a dog went past or even saw a dog in sight he would tense up and bark. I will say he is NOT aggressive, just protective.
When he was to be walked, Toby would have to wear a nose band/ halti, around his nose to help with that control as he could be come strong for the family.
Now over time, I've known him about 8 months now, Toby gets walked in only a collar and a lead, he RARELY barks at dogs unless they are too close (still a bit to work on) Toby runs off lead in a quiet surrounding and is now enjoying walks even more! We are now getting closer to dogs without any of the tension and slowly walking off lead by my side.
All of this training is included in the regular walks, but this progress has been incredible as it is only 3 hours a week! A short amount of time with simple training can make the dog more confident without it knowing it's happening ❤️
This might not seem like a big deal to a lot of people but when your dog is apart of the family, changes like that can make a difference!
