What would you like to see? 👀Now I’m giving this social media stuff another go, what I really want to know is….. what it is you would like to see? 🤔 Do you like informative posts with hints and tips and handy stuff to know?Do you like the “come with me” behind the scenes kind of content?I’ve never thought I’m overly interesting but do you want more about me and my job?Do you never want to see my face again and just want cute/funny horse content? (I won’t be offended 🤣) Or is there something else…..?Your say is really what’s important here and I want to hear it! What would you find interesting? I appreciate there is a lot of the “same” stuff going around on socials, what do YOU want….yes you! Leave me a comment and I’ll see what I can do! 🩷🐎
The sneak release! The minute your back is turned 🤣 Super successful little visit to see a very beautiful girl for a little maintenance massage after a super busy hunting season as a treat before she goes out on holiday! ☀️🌴🐎

Just want everyone to take a moment to appreciate this bottom lip action 🤣🤣🤦🏻♀️ possibly the biggest relaxed bottom lip I’ve ever come across! What a handsome boy!
See the sway?!
The worst video of Lottie loving her balance pad time from the other day! Fantastic for core work, proprioception, improving Co-ordination. Assists in building a health strong posture and funnily enough has a really calming effect!!
Really enjoy incorporating these into my massages!
Tensor Fascia Latae (TFL) 💥🐎
Immensely proud today! First time getting a chance to get out and see one of my BA’s in action today. An amazing clear round in the 90 for this awesome duo! Unfortunately it didn’t end as well as it started with a big fall for both of them which ended in Jadene Maloy in the hospital! Thankfully apart from a concussion and being battered and bruised all is well! But it won’t take away from the hard work they have been putting in which from this round shows! Well done both of you! ☺️👏🏻💜🐎

So you may or may not have noticed recently I’ve been a bit AWOL on my social media platforms.
The social media side of my work really gets me down and unfortunately sometimes when things get tough I just point blank avoid them until they go away 🤣
But as the adult I am I know this isn’t going to go away and I don’t want it to beat me! I love my job so much I can’t even tell you but coming up with posts and trying to be interesting and funny just really isn’t me. I mess my words up and say the wrong things, go blank for ideas and make stupid jokes and do weird things 🤷🏻♀️ I’m just your average kind of person. Being an “influencer” was never on the cards!
I just wanted to share as this job is my lovely hood and I’m a real person with real struggles just trying to do the work that I love.
So bear with me, I’m trying my hardest to make things interesting and useful. Sometimes it’s good to remember there are real people behind these businesses just doing their best ☺️
Thanks for listening!
Then this afternoon was this hunky chunky boy! I can’t believe how amazing he looks and how much he has filled out! I swear he’s gotten taller as well! I can believe the amazing work @jadenemaloy has put in with him! He felt pretty amazing to! Just some maintenance stuff today which is great news! What a great little team you are!
Had a little break through with Blossom yesterday! Second treatment and she’s starting to learn to accept the relaxation! Some horses find this an alien concept and very difficult to do. We got some eye softening, head lowering and some licking a chewing from lovely Blossom. I’m so happy she’s really feeling the benefit from my work!
First ever treatment for this little dude! He was so open to the treatment and quite frankly was happy for the fuss! Nice release here from working over his back. Another happy customer! 💪🏻🐴💙
It’s so hard being a big boy in the heat! 💙🦁
Treatment with the very dapper Jet today! It’s so amazing to get to see him every month come on leaps and bounds with the amazing hard work they are doing with him! It’s really paying off.
I love that I get to be part of the team to help this little guy perform and feel his best!
@ridingwithgmb thank you so much for having me! See you next month!
Oh my goodness guys! Just got in a had a cold shower! Sorry I’ve been so quiet this weekend! I’ve been so busy! Here there and everywhere!
Are we all ok? Did we all survive the heat today? Now time for a cold drink and the lay in the coolest part of the house 🤣
Katnis just finishing the biggest release! Must of been about 5 massive yawns in a row! Managed to get my phone out to catch the last one!
Two really great treatments! The lovely Lottie (who I didn’t get on camera) normally isn’t my biggest fan really gave into me today and I got some great stuff done. She’s really subtle releaser but you can really see her stop in her tracks and really process the release.
See you next month ladies! Samantha Braithwaite and Lisa Parfitt!
It’s not “just” a massage…..
Massage is so powerful in releasing muscle tension because it helps to increase blood flow to the muscles, which can which can bring additional oxygen and nutrients to the area.
This increased blood flow helps to flush out and waste products that may have accumulated in the muscles, such as lactic acid that can contribute to muscle soreness and stiffness.
In addition to improving blood flow, massage can also stimulate the nervous system, which can have a calming effect on the muscles. This helps to reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation.
Massage can also help break up adhesions or knots in the muscles, which can be a source of pain and discomfort.
I can apply pressure and manipulate the soft tissues of the body which can help to release these adhesions and restore normal muscle function.
Massage is such a powerful tool for release muscle tension and promotion relaxation and can help to manage a waist range of musculoskeletal conditions.
