Daisy met up with one of her pups today! 🐾
This handsome boy belongs to one of my good friends, he is Louie's brother so we are lucky enough to still see him 🥰
We went to for a run around and obviously the labs went for a splash in the water!

These two handsome boys welcomed me into their home over the weekend while their owners were away! I always love staying with them and having a cuddle on the sofa! 🥰
I have been walking and pet sitting for these boys for nearly 4 years now, they joined the M&O family in the first year and they have always been such a pleasure 🧡

A shorter walk for the boys today thanks to Storm Darragh, we went for an on lead and open space walk today! 🍃
But a secret all dog walkers know is we don't mind the rain because it always makes for a quiet walk with fewer people around!! ☔
Now home to warm up and have a cuddle on the sofa 🥰🐶
Stay safe out there and if you feel it's safer, just skip the walk for the day!! 🧡

The last of the the team... Becky (myself) 👋
Hi! I am Becky, owner of M&O Animal Care. and I've been up and running as M&O Animal Care for 4 1/2 years now and I absolutely love my business. The joy I get from spending my days with your pets is truly indescribable!
I have two wonderful children Emily (2) & Oliver (4 months) along with my home full of pets, and wonderful husband who I met 10 years ago when I was only 18 years old. My husband, unlike me, didn't grow up with dogs in the household but that soon changed when we started dating. I have lived in and around Newmarket my whole life and have now lived in Red Lodge for 6 years with my lovely family.
In my free time (which any working mum will know is very rare 😂)when I'm not looking after my children or working, I enjoy going for a run or training with Louie. I love a little sunshine holiday every year and we always try and do a staycation with the pooches as well!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎁
After a wet walk this morning, we came home and had a cosy afternoon watching 'the Grinch' and putting up our Christmas tree 🎄
Between the three dogs, two cats, toddler and baby, we're placing bets on who will pull the tree down first 🤣

🧡 Meet the team! 🧡
Louie 🐶
Our not so little boy, not that he is aware of his size at all! Louie is now 3 years old and is definitely our baby of the house - and that's including the 4 month old human baby! 😂
The dog who has taught me the most about how truly complicated dogs can be. From being our care free pup, being social and loving joining me on group walks, to at 2 years old suffering from 3 consecutive ear infections and becoming highly reactive to other dogs. We work hard everyday and watch his improvement but as anyone with a reactive dog will know sometimes it's one step forward and two steps back.
At home, Louie is the softest and kindest soul. He loves his role of big brother to the little humans, welcoming and watching them always. Our water obsessed, d***y, lovable Louman. From being born in our home (Daisy's son) and being unexpectedly a permanent family member, we couldn't imagine life without you Lou!! 🐾

Mollie 🐶
Our little firecracker, Mollie is now 5 years old and if you asked her, the protector of the house. 😂 She is little in size but her personality is the size of a labrador!!
At the young age of 6 months she was in dick whites after being diagnosed with a portosystemic shunt, which sadly made her rather ill. However she recovered very well from her op and has never looked back. 🥳
Mollie loves to smile at us when shes excited and we always have a laugh when her ears go into 'flight mode' 😂

Daisy 🐶
Also known as D - dog or Dais, Daisy is my husband's first step into dog ownership (I already had Honey before we had met). We always say that she is the most stereotypical labrador you could ever meet, she loves to run, train, cuddle but most importantly, this girl loves her food!!!
She is now 9 years old, and as lab owners will know, she has just started settling out of that puppy phase. 😂Labs are such a clever and brilliant breed, with the correct training!
With every new addition that comes into the home, whether they be four legged or two, she has welcomed them in and been the mamma of our house. 🧡
My favourite photos are always the goofiest ones, share a picture of your pets being goofy! 🤪

Prince 😺
Our big fluff ball, at 9 years old he was the first pet my husband and I got together. He is definitely the most independent of the M&O crew, off hunting during the nights and cuddled up on our bed during the day. He has graced us with a few live birds in the house - thankfully they were released with no harm done!
He is also Jay's nephew with my own mum owning his mother - Queenie. This is where we got the idea for his name, he definitely does live up to his royal name.
Where did you get the idea for your pet's name? 🐾

🧡 Meet the team! 🧡
As we've been away for a little while I thought I would do a little reintroduction to the team that makes M&O - Yes this obviously means my four legged team 🐾
Let's start with our oldest - JAY 😺
He is now the fine age of 13 years young and is like the grumpy old granddad of our house. He has the odd show of affection mostly for our youngest Louie who he has a soft spot for. Never going far but always keeping watch, as he gets older he has very much become a fair weather cat and is often found curled up on the back of the sofa. When he does decide to go out, he loves to join us on our village walks with the dogs.

After some time away with my growing family, I am so pleased to say that I am dipping my toe back into work!! 🐾
-
I will be back as of January 2025 on weekends and evenings for ad-hoc work to begin with, then as time goes on I will be coming back slowly during the week. I have very much missed spending my days with dogs and I can't tell you what is harder kids or dogs! 😂 So for those long family days out, weekends away, or just a pet with some separation anxiety and you want a few hours out the house please get in touch.

The M&O family grows again 💙🧡
Oliver Robert Dorling finally made his appearance on the 27th of July, we are all doing well, Emily and the pooches have welcomed him with open paws/arms.

This does mean my focus is now shifting from work to family as I go on long term maternity leave but I hope to be back in the future. Thank you to all of my clients over the 4 years and my wonderful family especially my husband Matt Dorling for the buckets of support but for now it's a sad goodbye from myself, Daisy, Mollie, Louie, Emily and baby Oliver 🧡💙❤️
