Hello all!

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas, and wishing you a Happy New Year! It has been a very busy start for us here at Collar Club Suffolk.

Unfortunately, the new year has also brought some issues that mean we will be temporarily closing the business for a few months. This will go into effect on 1st February 2024.

We’d just like to take this opportunity to thank all of our amazing clients and their gorgeous fur babies! We have loved getting to know each and every one of you, and spending time with your beautiful pets who bring us so much joy🐾

Please feel free to send us a message if you’d like any recommendations for other local service providers! We’re more than happy to help where we can.

Today, not only do we remember those lost in the 9/11 terrorist attack, we remember the brave heroes that gave their all to help in the disaster, including the heroic service dogs.

When the World Trade Center collapsed on September 11, 2001, nearly 10,000 emergency rescue workers joined in the efforts to help. More than 300 of those heroes were dogs. Coming from all over America to help, they spent hours on end with their handlers, doing everything they could to help save lives.

From search and rescue dogs, to therapy dogs, to bomb detection dogs, to service dogs who led their humans to safety down 70 floors in the building; even to our own dogs at home who gave the families & friends of those involved, as well as the rest of the world, comfort, support and love during such a terrifying time.

It is truly amazing how these creatures we adore so much, cannot speak our language, but come to aid when we most need them, and even save our lives.

Their stories of courage and healing are a long-lasting legacy that must never be forgotten.
