Unfortunately, our Sweet Stanley had decided to, at this precise moment, take a puggy snoozy 😴, so missed the moment completely! 🤦🏼‍♀️. Oh Sweet Stanley! What a terrific TOT from The Overjoyed Oakley you missed 💙

🤩 It’s Monday and therefore ‘Photo Of The Week’ Time. Tonight’s photo 📷 stars The Magical Mycroft 😍 who had sneaked into my office chair when I had vacated it! Cheeky boy 😂. Apparently, he had received the memo from The Ravishing Rupert ❤️ who wasn’t here that day, to keep the office chair 🪑 warm for him, ready for his next coup attempt upon his return to Daycare! Magical Mycroft 😍 did an amazing job of keeping it warm, and was lying in my chair 🪑 for quite a while enjoying his time as leader of the gang 😆

🤩 We have yet another new arrival to The Pug Snug gang! This time though, she does have a curly little tail! 🐾

🥳 Welcome to our gang little Heartwarming Honey 🍯. What an absolute cracker she is 💞
🙌🏻 Congratulations to her Mummy and Daddy who got her a couple of weeks ago, and she’s settling in very nicely indeed. She’s growing fast, and becoming more confident and curious by the day 😍. Don’t you just love ❤️ a puggy puppy 🥰.
🥰 Her big sister, The Natty Nancy, was a regular here for a couple of years, and we lost her in 2023. We are sure she is giving directions from The Rainbow 🌈 Bridge though, and telling Heartwarming Honey 🍯 how to do all those shenanigans 😂

🥰 The Excellent Elvis is an apricot pug and loves running around and activity! His very favourite 🤩 place in The Pug Snug garden is The Pug Castle 🏰 which he really enjoys playing on and under. He’s very much a social butterfly 🦋 and makes friends with everypuggy, and adores a good cuddle and snuggle 🤗 not to mention, a tasty treat 😋

🩵 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 🩵

😃 Well, we have had a special new addition to The Pug Snug gang!
Making an appearance at 11.01am on the 29th of January, weighing in at 7lb 10oz, baby Grayson joined our special club! 🐾

🤗 Huge congratulations 🥳 to Sophie and Fabian on their little arrival, and to our puggy cross, The Rapturous Radley on becoming a big brother for the first time 🤩

😍 As you can see, he is taking his new brotherly duties and chief snoopervising very seriously indeed and is proving to be an excellent big puggy brother! Grayson is also proving to be a pug lover already 🩵

☔️ It’s Monday night and it’s really been a miserable weather day 😫 but it’s also been a day full of birthday’s 😍 of our puggies and honorary puggies ~ hip, hip, hooray 🥳 which has cheered us right up 😃

🤩 Jolly Jack and Captivating Coco 😍are rather special (as is Nurturing Nyra) as they show. They know exactly how to strut their stuff and do their vogue looks 🥰 In their time off, they love to relax, play and go for walks and have lots of cuddles with their Mummy and Daddy ❤️
🥰 The Nurturing Nyra has just become a Mummy to little Effervescent Elma, who is an absolute darling 💗 and she loves to play with everyone 😃

🤩 We have another January birthday 🎈. Today is the birthday of The Dashing Doug 😍 who turns 4 years old ~ hooray 🙌🏻

❤️ The Dashing Doug is a sweet and loving little boy who also has a great sense of humour. He loves to bounce around and make everybody giggle 🤭. He enjoys a spot of sunbathing ☀️ in the summer months and is not a fan of the rain ☔️ ~ yep, he definitely a pug then 😂. He’s very loyal and loves his family very much and just like our Beautiful Blossy, he has a little sweet Tongue out Tuesday all the time 👅

😃 Good Afternoon Pug Snuggers 😃

❤️ I thought I’d just update you on our lovely Baz, Luke and The Ravishing Rupert. Well, Baz and Luke safely arrived in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 ready to start their wonderful new life a couple of days ago! ❤️
🐾 Our Ravishing Rupert has only a week to go in quarantine now, so there will be very emotional 😭 reunion next Saturday! His Daddies are very excited and can’t wait to have those very special puggy cuddles and snuggles again after waiting a very long month 🥰

😃 Baz and Luke have been exploring in Sydney and have seen some of the sites. They will be moving onto Wollongong ☀️ where they will be making their home, during the week. To say I’m jealous would be an understatement lol 😂. I cannot wait to get out there on my holidays next January to see the boys and our special lad, The Ravishing Rupert. Blossy is missing her husband terribly, so it’s such a shame I can’t take her with me 😢.
💗 It was also one of my Mum’s greatest wishes for me, that I visited Australia one day, as she had lived and worked in Oz in the 60’s as a £10 Pom 🇦🇺

🤩 We wish Baz, Luke and The Ravishing Rupert all the luck and love ❤️ in the world in their wonderful new life down under. We will miss you at The Pug Snug very much 🥰

💗 It’s the turn of a new girl to The Pug Snug gang, The Harmonious Honeybee! She turns 5 years old today ~ yippee 🙌🏻

🎁 I have only had the pleasure to meet The Harmonious Honeybee 💗 once and that was on one of our Potters In The Park, so I don’t have a photo of her. I can tell you though that she loves ❤️ to play and have fun, 🤩 she’s a fan of the shenanigans 😂 and she’s a social butterfly 🦋 too. She will fit right in with our puggies here 😃

😛 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 😛

😃 Order has been resumed at The Pug Snug and the heating is now working again ~ hooray 🙌🏻. That was a chilly couple of days! Luckily puggies love wearing their clothes and strutting their stuff! Being wrapped up in blankies like babies isn’t off the agenda either 😂

🥰 Well, it’s Tuesday ~ yippee 🥳 which means it’s time for some tongue’s 👅 out! Tonight’s superstar is The Funky Frank (front) giving us a very cheeky TOT along with his very charming and lovely grin 😁. The Funky Frank is a lively and charismatic chap who has lots of friends and is a bit of a social butterfly 🦋. He has one special lady (Gidget) in his life and loves meeting up with her at the monthly Potter In The Park 🌳
Here he is backed up by our forever Beautiful Blossy with her constant TOT! What a pair they make 🤣

😟 By accident, yesterday, I missed a birthday 🎁 😫. So tonight’s ‘Photo Of The Week’ is going to be all about this very handsome young man, The Gorgeous Gizmo, who turned 5 years old yesterday 🥳

😍 Our Gorgeous Gizmo is a lovely long legged lad who really enjoys a good play with his boys 😝 He loves to chase, have the zoomies, wrestle and play bitey face 🤩 He’s a bit of a sun ☀️ worshipper and adores a bit of a snooze in a sunny spot, and when the sun goes down, he loves nothing better than a lovely cuddle up 🥰 with his hoomans 😘

🥰 Dearest Pug Snuggers 🥰

❤️ I wanted to give you an update for 2025 and also float an idea with you all as your opinions are highly regarded with me.

🥰 Firstly, I would like to thank everybody that has sent me messages, texts, cards and pressies to wish me better. I’m now about 70% there with the help, currently of steroids. You all know me, I never take time off sick, even when I had blood clots on my lungs I battled through. However this has just floored me, leading me on to the next subject….

🧐 My legal battle over my beloved late Mum’s Will being challenged by an unscrupulous and greedy relative continues. That relative has hung it out, been incredibly dishonest, messed my solicitor around by giving incorrect and misleading information and had numerous extensions given. The stress upon myself has been huge not to mention the financial cost of the legal fees and I’m wondering if it’s added to my physical illness as well.
Frankly they deserve nothing, but, as we all know the law in this country is an ass, and they will have to be paid off which makes me physically sick as it’s at the detriment of me, my home and my business. This was the whole idea though. They wanted to ruin me for being the main heir.
That aside, it will mean I will have to move from ‘Woodlands’, potentially to a much smaller property, and this in turn will mean that the business will also have to become smaller as a consequence. With less rooms, the Council will re-inspect and give a licence for less dogs. This is how they calculate the amount of dogs allowed on a property for a licence. So I will be possibly looking at a maximum of 4/5 pugs instead of the current 8. This will impact on my ability to earn highly as you can imagine, being forced to halve my business, which brings me to my next subject ….

🙂 For over a year now I have been weighing up the idea of starting up a side business, an off shoot if you like, from The Pug Snug. I’ve been looking into becoming a counsellor for Pet Bereavement Counselling. This would all be done online and appointments fit around my Pug Snug puggies that I have in with me. I feel I would be quite good at it as I’ve lost pugs through both having them put to sleep, therefore expected, and through unexpected ways when they passed away after an anaesthetic. I’ve also lost a lot of Pug Snug puggies this past two and a half years, so I feel that grief counselling, not just for pugs, but all pets, would be something I could do. 🥰 He’s here currently on his holidays 🏖️and we’ve had a great day. I’m still not at my best, so a lot of relaxing has been the name of the game, treats galore 😋 humongous amounts of cuddles and snuggles 🥰 and lots of sneaking kisses too 😂. We’ve all been laid in bed watching Harry Potter movies 🎥 which has been good fun. The Blithesome Buddy seems to be somewhat of a fan! 🤩

🥰 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 🥰 😊 I’m back from The Midlands now and enjoyed the last couple of days visiting my family. I’m off until the 18th but still contactable by email, text, whatsapp or phone should you need me. I might be a bit longer getting back to you than usual as I’m on a break, but I will 😊 😮 I’m still reeling from The Pet Industry Federation Awards Ceremony! It’s still sinking in that I was in the same room with names such as Bella & Duke, Dorwest and Notcutts, let alone won my category! 😮 😍 It was such a wonderful night put on by PIF for us with a champagne 🍾 reception, a delicious meal, entertainment and dancing as well as the awards itself 😍 🙌🏻 Congratulations to every single finalist that was in that room with me. Every single one of them was a winner to even be there. It was a very proud moment for all of us and I’ve got to say, us pet people scrub up very well indeed😁 ❤️ Thank you again for all of your ongoing support and love, it really does mean everything to me.
