🥳 Good Afternoon Pug Snuggers 🥳

🎉 It’s the first of December, and the first of our December birthdays 🎈. Today we have a double celebration 🙌🏻 too!

🥳 Our first birthday 🎁 belongs to The Pally Pudding 💙 who is turning 11 years young today ~ hooray 🙌🏻.
Our lovely 🥰 boy is such a sweetheart, so kind, caring and a really beautiful soul. He enjoys a special cuddle 🤗 and snuggle 🥰 and making new friends and adores a jolly good afternoon snooze 😴, well, who doesn’t! He loves his Mummies very much and adored his late brothers. Quite often I’d find The Pally Pudding in a pug pile with The Heroic Handsome and The Bountiful Baked Bean, all snuggled together. He’s adorable 🥰 and we love him very much 😍.

🥳 Our second birthday 🎈 is that of this beautiful young lady, The Charismatic Cali 💖 who is turning 3 years old ~ hooray 🙌🏻!
What a stunner she is! With the most divine personality to match. Very graceful, sweet and cute 🥰, this little lady is adored by everyone that meets her. She loves to play and run 🏃‍♀️ around and is head over heels ❤️ for her family! She is another puggy with the most beautiful and innocent soul that shines from her. The Charismatic Cali is absolutely adorable 😍.

⭐️ Good Evening Pug Snuggers ⭐️

😊 I’m home again safe & sound, and it was wonderful to see my family and visit relatives in the Midlands 👍🏻

🥰 It’s ‘Sunday Superstar’ time, and tonight our star 🌟 is none other than our regular daycare & boarder Frug (Frenchie x Pug) Rocky 💙!

Rocky is 12 years old and a very resilient and brave boy no matter what life throws at him! 😁 He still enjoys life to the full and always has the shenanigans 😂 daily by throwing his blankie around and giving his toys a jolly good shake 🫨. He has had operations on his ear meaning he now has a head tilt, and one of his ears is down, and also has trouble with his eyes but never complains and is a very happy lad ❤️. He gives as good as he gets though, and regularly tells me off if I’m not giving him enough cuddles and tickles 🤗 or I leave the room without his permission 🤣
He’s a great character, loved by all and a complete rockstar 🎸 and superstar 🤩

🫶🏻 I’m on my way to the Midlands to see my family, so I might be a bit longer answering your messages than normal.
Tomorrow afternoon, I will have my phone switched off for a bit, while I attend a family funeral, and if you contact me, I will get back to you as soon as I can.

😛 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 😛

🥰 It’s quite chilly 🥶 at the moment, so please take care with your puggies. Cold can be as bad as hot for them, their breathing 😮‍💨 and their eyes 👀 and paws 🐾. I will do a post on cold weather 🌦️ during the week ✅

Tonight it’s two things, the Budget Eve (don’t even go there!) and it’s Tuesday, hooray 🙌🏻! That means it’s ’Tongue Out Tuesday’ time.
Tonight our wonderful superstar 🤩 is The Handsome Hugo 💙. He’s such a lovely lad, kind, caring and adores to woof at the birdies 🐦 too 😂. He’s a great character with so much love to give, and enjoys his cuddles and snuggles, and making lots of new friends 👥 When he find a friend who is mischievous, he loves to join in with the naughties and have the shenanigans with them as well 😂. Our Handsome Hugo is a real family boy 🥰 and enjoys nothing better than curling up on a lap and having a great old afternoon snooze! 😴

🎉 Good Afternoon Pug Snuggers 🎉

🥳 Yet another birthday 🎁 today! How cool is that! Today’s birthday 🎂 is that of The Charming Cookie 💗 who is turning 6 years old ~ Hooray 🙌🏻

🥰 Our sweet little girl, The Charming Cookie, is just that! Always with a little grin 😁 on her chops, she loves to keep active and run 🏃‍♀️ and skip about and have lots of fun 🤩. The shenanigans are her favourite, and she adores playing with the toys 🧸 too. Her next favourite thing to do is definitely cuddling 🤗. That makes her extra happy 😊.
💖 She has a very sweet and charming character with just that special sprinkle of sass! Charming Cookie loves her Mummy very much and loves to make new friends. She’s quite the social butterfly 🦋.

❤️ Good Evening Pug Snuggers ❤️

📷 Tonight’s ’Photo Of The Week’ is slightly different! It’s a tribute to a wonderful couple of people and their amazing pugs, as we wish them farewell as they head back to their native America 🇺🇸.

💖 Katie Cummings & Jessie Cummings have become such an integral part of The Pug Snug in the last 3 1/2 years they’ve become family to me & Blossy. The Cute Charlie Rae & The Pretty Penelope Jane became like my own little puggy girls. Their tour over duty in this country is very sadly over, and today Jess took to the skies to head back to Las Vegas, and tomorrow Katie and the girls will do the same ✈️

🌠 They arrived here to the cold 🥶 and rather bleak Suffolk in 2021, just post Covid, with their 3 girls in tow. It was their first time to the UK. Very sadly they lost Prudence in 2022, and not long after I opened The Pug Snug and first met Katie and the girls. We quickly became firm friends and Katie and Jess took every opportunity to travel Europe to some amazing destinations and all over the UK too. In their time here they’ve travelled and experienced some wonderful places, incredible food, breathtaking scenery and the oxymoron of the Great British weather lol 😂.

❤️ I’ve loved the girls endlessly and I’m honoured that they saw The Pug Snug as their second home, and enjoyed coming here for their holidays. Blossy absolutely adores Cute Charlie Rae and Pretty Penelope Jane and would be always snuggling with them. They were sisters in heart ❤️

🥰 I’m going to miss their love and huge amount of support as Katie became one of my ‘Team Pug Snug’, covering for me if I needed time off for appointments, or the Pug Potter. She also was my guest for The Animal Star Awards and we had a great time that evening, and I was blessed she accompanied me. We went out socially and Katie has been a large part of my life ⭐️

🫶🏻 As we say farewell to Katie, Jess, Charlie Rae & Penelope Jane, we wish them well and good luck for their next adventure back in the States, and know that we will miss them very much 💗

🥳 Good Afternoon Pug Snuggers 🥳

🎉 We have another birthday 🎁 today! This time it’s the turn of The Welcoming Winnie 💗 who is turning 3 years old ~ hooray 🙌🏻

🐾 A beautiful girl 😍 who is full of life and activity. She loves her walkies, especially on the beach 🏖️ or in the woods 🌲. A good old run around is exactly what she enjoys, and recently won my competition and had a great time at Go Wild Dog Adventures, galloping up and down their agility course and playground! A gorgeous sunset greeted them too (see photo).
🥰 Our Welcoming Winnie is known for her shenanigans 😂 and fun character and adores her big brother, The Bold Bruce. She’s a great little girl, with a big heart ❤️ and lots of love to give everyone 💖

😍 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 😍

🥰 Sunday evenings are for relaxing and watching TV. Here at The Pug Snug, we were watching ‘Downton Abbey’ earlier, ‘Men In Black 3’ and now ‘Harry Potter’, until ‘I’m A Celebrity’ comes on! 🎉

⭐️ It’s also the perfect night for our Sunday Superstar 🤩. Tonight it’s the turn of our Rupert. I have an update from Australia 🇦🇺 and how Aussie life is treating our gorgeous boy 💙 and his Daddies. Rupert had quite the nasty ear 👂 infection the other week, just as many of our puggies get, and in the end he had to be sedated to have it deep cleaned, flushed out and sorted for him. What a brave little soldier 💪🏻 he was though, and took it all in his stride. He’s absolutely loving life in Aus and enjoying his paddles in the sea 🌊 which is right on his doorstep (I’m not jealous!), having his pup cups and going on his hikes in the surrounding countryside 🌸
❤️ His Daddies are loving their new life too! Rupert is very missed here, but I bet he’s not missing this awful pouring rain ☔️ and cold temperatures 🤣

🎉 Good Afternoon Pug Snuggers 🎉

🥳 We have another November birthday 🎁 today, and it’s a very special one as well! Today is the very 1st birthday 🎈of The Heartwarming Honey 🍯 hooray 🙌🏻

🥰 Our Heartwarming Honey 💗 is also known as the Tiny Tornado 🌪️ here at The Pug Snug! She is faster than Usain Bolt on Lucozade 😂 and catching her is near on impossible! A big fan of making Aunty run around, she loves shenanigans, the Pug Castle, playing games and with the toys 🧸, jumping around and hopping, skipping and prancing 😁. In fact she’s so active, just watching her wears the rest of the puggies out 🤣.
She has an activity tag and was top of the leader board, even beating German Shepherds, Spaniels, Terriers and Red Setters! Our girl really is something else, and can move like the wind 💨. I really think we need to enter her into the next PugLympics! 💖

😍 Good Evening Pug Snuggers 😍

👍🏻 It’s a double tonight. There’s a good reason for that. Today, here at The Pug Snug 🐾 we had our CPR and Defibrillator Training ❤️ from Marie Honeyfield who owns Anglia CPR. I won the session in a competition that I entered earlier in the summer ☀️. What a fabulous morning it was, and we learned so much. Myself, Angie from K9 Logistics and one of my team, Katie, all took part, and as you can see from the photos, so did the puggies 😂.

I was playing with Snapchat 📸with our Mystic Mosie 💗 and this one came up and I just couldn’t resist. So snapped it I did, then I saw little Mystic Mosie’s face as she had been watching the screen, and I couldn’t stop laughing 😆. Oh my, what a picture, and I do a rather good TOT too, don’t you think! 🤔

⭐️ Good Evening Pug Snuggers ⭐️

😁 You are all probably on ‘Do Not Disturb’ due to ‘I’m A Celebrity’ starting tonight! I know I’m watching 👀 it out of the corner of my eye 👁️! Love ❤️ it!

⭐️ It’s our Sunday Superstar time, and tonight’s Superstar 🤩 is the beautiful 😍 Evie 💗. She is a pug cross and is a ‘pugalier’ which is a Pug x Cavalier King Charles. She has the sweetest of natures and has just had major surgery with a cruciate ligament op.
👍🏻 Just like the trooper she is, she came through it without any hitches and has continued to progress very well. In fact she did much better than the vet even expected. However, our Evie 💖 is 12 years old!!! Not that you would believe it looking at her! Nor by how agile she is! I think she has a secret we must squeeze out of her about eternal youth lol 😂.
Keep getting better and stronger Evie and hope to see you soon superstar ⭐️
