Here at the Bury St Edmunds store, you will find all things pet and animal! From equine feed and supplements to bedding we have everything to keep your stable fully stocked! We also have a great range of smallholder feed to keep your livestock and poultry happy. You will find an enormous range of pet supplies, feed and accessories for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and caged birds. If we don’t have it in stock, we will do our best to get it for you! (Please note we do not sell animals in store). For the anglers amongst you, we stock an ever expanding range of fishing baits including boilies, particles and pellets along with a small range of tackle box essentials to keep you on the bank for longer. And what would a country store be without plenty of supplies for your garden including wild bird seed, bird feeders, compost, winter fuel and more. Our Branch Manager and the team look forward to welcoming you in store very soon where pets are more than companions… they’re family.

Our Gladwells Pet & Country Store managers were hosted by Dengie Horse Feeds for a meeting in July. The managers and staff from Copdock Mill visited the beautiful Dengie head office in Southminster, Essex - and saw some rare summer sunshine for a change! ☀️

Introductions and history of the company were given by Ian, the Managing Director of Dengie. We also heard about their product development and commitment to sustainability from Laura and Katie and met the sales team including Jess, Rebecca & Amelia.

We were fortunate enough to be taken on a site and field tour by the very knowledgeable Lance and John. It is always great to see where a product originates from before it arrives packaged and ready to sell in our stores.

A massive thank you to everyone at Dengie for hosting a lovely day for our managers. You can find Dengie products available to purchase in our stores and online. 🐴
