Here at the Bury St Edmunds store, you will find all things pet and animal! From equine feed and supplements to bedding we have everything to keep your stable fully stocked! We also have a great range of smallholder feed to keep your livestock and poultry happy. You will find an enormous range of pet supplies, feed and accessories for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and caged birds. If we don’t have it in stock, we will do our best to get it for you! (Please note we do not sell animals in store). For the anglers amongst you, we stock an ever expanding range of fishing baits including boilies, particles and pellets along with a small range of tackle box essentials to keep you on the bank for longer. And what would a country store be without plenty of supplies for your garden including wild bird seed, bird feeders, compost, winter fuel and more. Our Branch Manager and the team look forward to welcoming you in store very soon where pets are more than companions… they’re family.

Fireworks aren't fun for everyone. It's important to keep our beloved animals in mind when celebrating this Fireworks season. Here are a few top tips from Gladwells Pet & Country Store...

🎆 Walk your dog in the daylight when firework displays won't be happening.
🎆 Provide any pets with a safe hideaway den if they are scared by loud noises.
🎆 Play calming music around your house to keep pets distracted.
🎆 Keep your animals favourite treats and toys on hand for a comforting distraction.
🎆 Our stores sell a range of pet calming products to aid relaxation.
🎆 Close all windows and make sure pet doors are shut and locked.
🎆 Never set off fireworks near livestock, as frightened animals - especially horses - can injure themselves when frightened.
