Boarding Terms and Conditions

We are in the process of updating our Boarding license and with it comes a new set of Terms and Conditions.

Over the next few weeks we will be emailing existing boarding customers attaching a copy of the Terms. These can also be viewed on our website.

Current boarders who are booked in will be honoured at the current price but new bookings made from 1st September will be subject to the new prices.

Fleas…. 😖

It’s really important that your dog is treated for fleas regularly as a preventative.

Unfortunately, we have had a few dogs lately who have come in with fleas. This results in us having to fumigate and deep clean the salon. We bathe the dog in a natural flea repellent shampoo and advise the owner to seek advice from the vet for ongoing flea treatments.
It also means we can’t groom any others dogs that day due to the risk of passing on fleas. It also results in us increasing your bill to cover the extra costs involved in the groom.

There are lots of online companies who post out monthly flea treatments along with wormers for a reasonable price. Which will give you peace of mind and keep your dog comfortable.

We do also offer a flea bath which needs to be booked in advance and done at a time where no other dogs are in the salon.
