๐Ÿฑ Weโ€™re proud to be supporting the Cats Protection League Charity with their cat neutering scheme throughout October!

Itโ€™s important to get your cat neutered because it helps prevent unwanted litters, reduces the risk of certain health issues, and can make cats calmer and less likely to roam or fight. โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’›

Itโ€™s also vital to have your cat microchipped, so they can always be identified and returned home if they ever go missing. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿพ

For more details on the scheme and how to apply, please see the information below. ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿพ Autumn Hazards! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‚

Conkers and acorns may be fun for us to collect, but they can be harmful to pets. Both are toxic if eaten and can cause stomach upset, blockages, or even more serious health problems.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Keep walks safe by stopping your dog from picking them up, and clear your garden of fallen ones.
If you think your pet has swallowed a conker or acorn, call us straight away on 01284 747000

As the leaves change colour and autumn sets in, itโ€™s important to be aware of seasonal plants that can be harmful to pets. Some common autumn plants and fungi can be toxic if ingested by curious cats and dogs.

If youโ€™re unsure whether a plant is safe, itโ€™s best to keep your pet away โ€” and always seek veterinary advice if you think theyโ€™ve eaten something toxic.

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended our open day yesterday- we really enjoyed meeting you all!

An extra shout-out to our amazing team for all their hard work in making the day such a success โ€“ we couldnโ€™t have done it without you. ๐Ÿ’™

โ€˜โ€™We were delighted to open our doors to the public at the weekend and show them what goes on behind the scenes at an independent veterinary practice. Our team gave demonstrations of how our specialist equipment works and talked to pet owners about pet health and care.

"We were thrilled with the success of the day and thoroughly enjoyed welcoming everyone into our practice.โ€ โ€“ Nicola Yarnton โ€“ Practice Manager
