To those who have enquired about booking in when visiting for a groom, please could you send me a message and I’ll sort one for you.
We keep these appointments separate to grooming times so it would have to be on a separate visit.

Happy New Year from me and one of my gorrrrgeous clients, Honey 💛
It’s lovely to be back I’ve got to say! 😊 full speed ahead with my trusty sidekick Imogen! 💪🏾
There are still a few spaces left this month so pop me a message if you’re due an app.
Saturdays are filling up quickly throughout the year so best to get a block booking if you’re a weekender.
I’ll be nailing the admin over the coming weeks so give me a nudge if I’ve missed you off because, well, it’s me 🤷🏾‍♀️ and you all know how incredible my memory is at forgetting 🙃 (good job you love me)

Good morning my lovelies.
Gutted to say that I’m currently quite poorly, so please bear with me this week. I’ve woken up feeling well enough to come in, but have no idea whether the severe vomiting etc will kick in again throughout the day. Imagine the fun I had on an 8 hour flight home with my head either in a sick bag or down the toilet 😩
I will aim to get as many if not all appointments done before I finish for Christmas but if the illness worsens again I’ll have no choice but to cancel.

I’m not one to make negative posts and like to think I’m very fair when it comes to running this business. The fact im having to chase people for cancellation fees is very irritating to say the least. I’d like to make it clear I don’t enjoy charging for missed appointments but I also don’t like having my time wasted and that of my assistants. Not to mention the fact that other appreciative clients are waiting for an appointment this month.
I am coming in early all through December to fit as many of you in as possible, that means my get up time is now 4:45am most mornings, as I have a lot to do before I even step foot in the salon. I’m more than happy to do this for the majority of my clients as I am super grateful for you 🙏🏾 to those who can’t be bothered showing up or paying up, my patience is wearing thin.

You get to a point in life where time is more precious than anything.
I don’t waste yours, so don’t waste mine.

To those with outstanding fees, please settle up by end of the week. Repeated no-shows will be taken off our books.

Thank you, and apologies for the abruptness.
I’m off to do some meditation now, to wash all the negativity away 😂😊

Good morning! It’s the start of a very busy week here in the salon! 8am starts, in order to fit as many of you in as I can before my jolly’s. Please be prepared to see me running around like a headless chicken. I won’t have much time to do admin this week, may get a few hours on Friday evening but If not I’ll reply to all messages on 20th dec when I’m back.
Just a gentle reminder about our cancellation policy. There is a fee for any cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to their appointment. There are people on the waiting list so please be courteous where possible and cancel in due time to avoid a fee and allow someone to take the space.

One of our gorgeous regulars recently came in for a maintenance clean. During the session we found a large crack in a pre-molar. We avoided that tooth completely and advised a trip to the vets. His owner did just that and Bear was scheduled for an extraction.
It is likely that by coming across it so early a larger issue along with some discomfort was avoided. This is just a small example of the benefit of teeth cleaning sessions. No, we’re not vets, but we’re absolutely capable of noticing abnormalities that may otherwise go unnoticed 😊

Hi everyone! Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.
Below are the remaining dates left for this year.
I have tried to remind as many of my regulars as possible to secure an appointment but I struggle to remember what day it is so please don’t rely on me to be a reminder 😂🙈

We are still able to take on a few newbies, so if you’re interested in booking your pooch in with us please don’t hesitate to message. Calls aren’t always answered due to being busy at work so please do leave a message of some sort and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Again if I forget please don’t be disheartened, give me a nudge and I’ll give my ditzy self a kick up the backside! 😁

Meet Lucy. Today was her 4th groom with me and it’s one to celebrate. When she first came to me she had some serious fear aggression, along with some ‘I don’t want to be groomed today’ attitude, which all us groomers are used to 😉. She wouldn’t let me near her legs with clippers or scissors whatsoever, and had to be muzzled and restrained for me to get near her at all. I very nearly refused to do her again, but something made me say yes. And I’m SO glad I did, because look at her now 😍 Yes she’s still nervous during parts, and no I wouldn’t say she ‘enjoys’ the procedure, but she now TRUSTS me. I’d love to say all my clients love to be groomed, but that’s not the case. They’d much rather be rolling in mud, playing fetch and peeing over everything in sight. But they all come to trust me, and that’s all I ask of these 4 legged blessings. ☺️💞

Very proud of this little man! He had aggression problems when he first came to me and had to be muzzled for the most part. He’s only been a handful of times and today was the first full groom without a muzzle! I think his wagging tail says it all don’t you ☺️ Well done Buzz 💕

You know you're doing something right when your new client falls asleep whilst you're trimming her face. She's been like this for the past 10minutes. Her first time with me and she's only a pup! Absolutely adorable. 😍❤️

Bobby honestly thought this was the best game ever! He was doing this for about 15minutes. 😂 we couldn't clean the bath until his mum came for him because all he wanted to do was jump in and out of it! Sure made me giggle 😆
