⚠️ SHARING TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THE DANGERS AROUND DOGS WITH BONES ⚠️

We had an extremely traumatic experience on Saturday evening when Peggy managed to steal a bbq rib and before I could get it from her she choked.

It completely blocked her airway and could not be dislodged. She was rushed to the vets for emergency treatment and had to undergo major surgery as parts of bone were stuck in her throat.

Peggy still has a long recovery ahead but so glad to have got her home. With special thanks to Millburn Vets for the exceptional care they provided.
