Bella has been visiting me since I started, she's recently had some health issues which now thankfully are being managed really well, but unfortunately she has lost her sight 😢.

Welsh 3000s I've had time to reflect about yesterday's challenge and I'm absolutely gutted I didn't complete it. 12 of us started only 5 finished!! It's a brutal challenge and I take my hat off to Matt, Carl, Sam, Mark and Craig for seeing it through to the end. Alot of us ended up with injuries and we knew for the sake of the team we had to bow out or risk holding the lads back. I'll forever be grateful for being part of this team, the love, support and encouragement shines through no matter what happens.
