Another year of being trusted with your important four footed family members. A few we have sadly lost and it’s no surprise these affect me deeply. On the flip side I’ve got to meet some new bundles of your fluffy joys. I always say it, each dog is so different with their own personality which makes my job fun but sometimes challenging, winning round those that are not so keen on the grooming process can be very rewarding. Some take to it straight away and others need time and trust. Whatever they need I always put them first and offer my professional opinion on what I feel is best for the dog. Short visits, comfort grooms and puppy steps are all important visits to make sure the dog is at ease and happy. It’s been a truly wonderful year meeting new customers. Most of you older customers become my friends that we go on to share more than just the love of the dog. I appreciate your loyalty and kindness you show me all year. So thank you each and everyone of you. Wishing you all a lovely Christmas with your furry family members and all the best for 2025.
