Species Spotlight!! Wrestling Half Beak.
Below is a little more info from Wiki:
Wrestling halfbeaks are surface-feeding fish and feed on a variety of small invertebrates including crustaceans and insect larvae, but especially mosquito larvae and flying insects that have fallen onto the surface of the water. As with all halfbeaks, the upper jaw lifts upwards when the fish is opening its mouth. Wrestling halfbeaks are livebearing fish, the females giving birth to around twenty offspring after a gestation period of about a month.
Wrestling halfbeaks are sexually dimorphic. The females are larger than the males and grow up to 7 cm (3 in) long; males only reach about 5.5 cm (2.2 in) and typically has red or yellow patches on the dorsal fin and the beak. The males of wrestling halfbeaks will fight among themselves by locking jaws, hence their name, for up to thirty minutes.
This species was described as Dermogenys pusillus by Heinrich Kuhl and Johan Coenraad van Hasselt in 1823 with the type locality given as Bogor, Java, the name was subsequently amended to the feminine form.

This is such an amazing product!! ππ. Back in stock!!
The blurb from the website:
"Nitrico Bacterial Goop is a pouch of live nitrifying bacteria. It will allow you to add fish to a new aquarium without the usual ammonia and nitrite problems associated with immature filters. You can also add Nitrico Goop to your existing mature tank to prevent Ammonia or Nitrite spikes when introducing new fish. We always recommend testing your water quality regularly, whether using a Nitrico Bacterial product or not.
Each pouch of Nitrico Goop contains trillions of true, freshwater Ammonia and Nitrite Oxidising bacteria. These bacteria are alive and ready to colonise your Aquarium. They are hungry for fish waste and will break down the ammonia and nitrite in your aquarium to ensure that the water continues to be safe for your fish, shrimps, frogs or any other aquatic life that you are keeping.
They should be added to your tank as soon as you can so that they remain alive and ready to break down any available ammonia or nitrite. This product does not have a long shelf life (as it is alive) and that is why, whereever possible, we advise that your pouch of bacteria is used as soon as possible after it arrives, ideally within 48 hours. Fish can be added to the tank at the same time or within 48 hours of the bacteria being introduced."
