Thank you everyone for your custom during 2023.

There were a few changes here at the kennels for 2023 as we amended our opening hours and trialled an 'Appointment Only' system. On the whole it's been a great success and will continue from here onwards.

Appointments are available to drop-off and collect your dogs during our opening hours which are as detailed below, which are 9am-3pm Monday-Saturday, and 9am-12 noon on Sundays.

Our charges will remain the same during 2024, again as detailed, these are per day or part days, per kennel depending on the number of dogs residing in each kennel.

Early booking is advisable as some dates in August 2024 are already fully booked.

***Polite Reminder***

Please can you ensure that all dogs are up to date with their vaccinations… DHP, Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough.

Please can you also ensure that the ‘Kennel cough’ vaccination is given at least 2 weeks before entering the kennels, as otherwise they can still be contagious and will bring in kennel cough into the kennels!!!

Vaccination rules are in place to ensure the health and safety of all boarded dogs, and are a requirement of my dog boarding kennels licence agreement.

I’ve experienced an increase in cases of expired vaccinations, especially since covid, therefore please can you check before arrival that your dogs are compliant with the vaccination requirements.

Failure to ensure the above means that your dog(s) cannot be boarded. It’s never easy to refuse entry, and can be quite upsetting for all involved, but rules are rules and we all have to abide by them.

I received a call from a customer this evening to inform me that two of their dogs went missing when they were out with them in Cilan, Abersoch. Please can you keep a look out if you’re in the area. Thank you

Charlotte was helping me at the kennels today, and she took a particular liking to Rex the English Springer Spaniel. He’s such a gentle, sensitive little dog… and will do anything for a biscuit!!!😂💕

I’ve noticed recently that there’s been a huge increase in the percentage of customers that turn up to drop off or collect their dogs outside our opening hours. Please can I ask that all customers stick to the opening times, which are 9.15-10am, 5-6pm (2-3pm Sunday), or strictly by appointment only.
Please also can you turn up on the correct day!!!
This is of particular importance during busy periods when we’re operating at capacity.
