Cancellations - if you are unable to attend your appointment, please could I ask that you give me 24 hours notice to be able to offer the appointment to someone else.

Fleas - If your dog has fleas, please could you let me know in advance to avoid contaminating the grooming area.

Covid - please can I ask that if you are self isolating or have recently tested positive that you will notify me asap, so we can rearrange your appointment.

Thank you for your support in 2021. I'm really looking forward to welcoming you back to Bobo's Parlour in what we are hoping will be a better year for us all....

Feeling emotional & anxious, waiting in the animal eye hospital in Leominster as our baby girl is in surgery to correct her cataracts. Hopefully this is the start of our girl having some of her eyesight back...Love you so much Lola Bear ❤###

*Announcement*

Please note that as of 1st September, prices will increase ever so slightly!
I will also be introducing an additional de-matting charge for any dogs that are matted....

I'm sure you can appreciate how passionate I am in the high levels of the one on one service that I provide!

In terms of the de-matting process, this is really time consuming, very uncomfortable & so incredibly stressful for the dog....please help me to help your fur babies by regular brushing!!!

I want to say a massive thank you for your continued support & for getting Bobo's Parlour off to a successful start....🥰
