He’s so goofy he’s hard not to love, he never wants to leave and mum has to practically drag him out😆 I’m always posting fluffy’s so nobody gets to see the other breeds that we also groom and Enzo is too cute not to share🐾

Hi all,

I just want to reiterate again about the system I now have in place, called tuft which you can download in the App Store to see all your upcoming appointments and get reminders. I want to mention you won’t get any reminders unless you download the app as it’s done through there and I won’t be sending over your appointment dates on text either as they’re all on the app for you! The purpose is to help make it easier for me and you so if you choose not to download the app and can’t see your appointments then give me a text and I can help you. You can also book appointments through the app but I’m happy to book them in my end also if you prefer to message me.

I want to remind everyone that my cancellation policy is if less than 24hrs notice, it’s the full fee to be paid for the missed appointment before rebooking in as it doesn’t allow me enough time to fill the slot so I will be out of pocket and still have to pay staff. I’ve had 5 no shows/late cancellations since being back in work last week and as you can imagine it adds up quickly!!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year!! I certainly did with my little girl🥰 but I am excited to get back to work tomorrow and see all my lovely dogs again ☺️

Happy December Everyone!! 🎄🎅

As we kick start our busiest month, I want to start by mentioning our spa package that we’ve got going on for this month, if you’ve like this added to your groom just let me know beforehand or on the day☺️

Now for some polite reminders, before all the craziness starts I’d like to remind you all of a few things:

-Please be on time for your appointment, if you’re a little late I can work with it, if you’re 15mins or more then unfortunately your appointment will be classed as a cancellation as I won’t have enough time and has a knock on affect for my other dogs that day putting me behind. Again, same applies for being early 5mins early isn’t a problem but anything more then please wait in the car as I’m extremely busy and don’t want too many dogs waiting around.

-If you cannot attend your appointment then please give me 48 hours notice, anything less will result in charges. As you can imagine I’m so busy i can’t afford people not showing up when that slot could go to someone else.

-Please please make sure you are taking your dog to the toilet before coming in, it’s understandable sometimes an accident may happen but when I’ve got to take 5/10mins through the day to clean up messes it takes time away from me being able to work!

If you see me running around like a headless chicken that’ll be because I’m doing 10 dogs per day to make sure all your doggies are ready for Christmas, yes I’m fine and yes I’m counting down till my time off🤣🎅

Most importantly, can’t wait to see all my doggies, December let’s do this 👏🥰

Well now you can, we have some chicken, beef and garlic and vension flavour sausages that will be available at the shop to buy for all your gorgeous dogs!! 🐶

They will be 70p each or 5 for £2.50, they are suitable for dogs 8 weeks and older and are grain free and all natural. Perfect for every dog ❤️

Block bookings 2025📚

Call me mad but I’m making a start on getting a list together of everyone who wants block bookings for next year. I need to do this early as I’m averaging about 10 dogs a day at the moment and have a lot of you that need spaces for next year and I’d like to see where I am in terms of closing my books to new customers.

So if everyone could send me your preferred days,time and how many weeks in between you want to go and I can get these added to my list.

Due to numerous no shows and cancellations recently, I have had to make the decision to charge a £15 non refundable deposit for all appointments! Failure to pay a deposit will result in no appointments.

Sorry to all my loyal regular customers who never miss an appointment or give me plenty of notice, but it’s becoming more and more frequent with people just not turning up or cancelling at the very last minute expecting it to be fine.

My cancellation policy still stands, but it’ll now require the remaining % of the grooming fee to be paid before rebooking in.

And that’s a wrap!! Another year down and a massive thank you to all my customers for your love and support for the past year, I have loved making all your babies freshly groomed and let’s bring on another year.

I will do the raffle tomorrow as i haven’t had 5 minutes spare today to do it.

But for now, it’s time for me to take 2 weeks off with my family and enjoy some time to myself🎅❤️
