A remin
der of our cancellation policy:
-If cancellation is made more than 28 days ahead of the time of boarding, no payment is due.
-Cancellations with 28 days or less notice will be invoiced at 50% of the total cost of the stay.
-Cancellations with less than 7 or less days notice will be invoiced at the full rate. We will endeavour to fill any dates of cancelled bookings, and in such situations, any sums paid will be transferred once, to a later booking- where possible. (Please check with us for availability before re-booking your holiday)
Daycare Opening Hours are 08:00-18:00. We can, if absolutely necessary, allow drop offs a little earlier, but please let us know if you need to arrive earlier than 08:00 and we will do our best to accommodate.
�Invoicing and payments:
Invoices are sent either weekly or monthly according to client preference, and always in arrears . Please ensure that payments are cleared by this date. Two reminders will be sent: after this, services will cease until payment is cleared and slots will be filled by the next dog on the waiting list.
�Messages: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the Jangles business page for messaging wherever possible. This means that The Fave can also access client messages and check dates etc. Messages that come through to my personal profile are easily lost. If I know that communication will be through the Jangles Page then I’ll not have to search for it.
�Regular daycare/walking slots require 7 days notice of cancellation (unless your dog is unwell and in need of veterinary treatment)
