Back in April we made the big decision to close Wags n Walks.

With both of us still working, we found that with the dogs we were struggling to find time for ourselves and our family, so unfortunately the dogs had to stop.
We finished the day care in July and today our last border sadly goes home - Dudley (he was our very first dog and now our very last dog 😪).
We would both like to say a massive THANK YOU to absolutely EVERYONE who has supported us and trusted us to look after their precious dogs.

We've made some lovely friends along the way and we've got some amazing memories.
Without a doubt Carl, myself and Maisy will miss our 4 legged friends ❤️

It has taken less than 2 weeks to reach my original target of £250. A MASSIVE thankyou to everyone who has contributed.
With previous donations I have raised nearly £700.
I fly out to Nepal in 2 months time, let's see if I can hit £1k for MIND

In just over 9 weeks time I will be trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to take Maisy 😢
This was a trek initially planned for early 2020.
The trek has been organised by a group dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues associated with working in the emergency services.
I am using this experience to raise a bit of money for the mental health charity MIND and at the moment, with donations from outside of my GoFundMe page (link above) I have very nearly reached £500.
Who is going to be that lovely person to push me over the £500 mark?

As most of you know, Wags n Walks have made the difficult decision to close at the end of 2022.
We intentionally limited the amount of day care dogs (to allow room for boarders) and we only ever had 4 regular day cares - Scooby, Dudley, Toby and Fozzy Bear. We love them all ❤️

But today marks the end of our Day Care services. Just a few more boarders to look forward to, up until November when we officially close (but we'll see all our day care dogs again, as they're all booked for their holidays 😀 ❤️).

Please can we take this opportunity to say thank you to EVERYBODY that has supported us over the last two years.
All the dogs (and their families) have all been amazing xx

Been such a busy Easter holiday here at WagsnWalks that we've neglected our Facebook posts slightly 🙈

But as you can see, Hugo is still here enjoying his holiday and Harry has also arrived for a holiday. Scooby and Fozzy Bear called in for play days, and of course, Maisy has been here enjoying the company of all ❤️

Blake went home yesterday but not before exploring the woods with yet another labrador. This time it was Toby 🤣
Maisy was there too, but she was being a bit camera shy 😂
