Terms & Conditions

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time to allow for a riding hat fitting. Children need to wear comfortable clothing, leggings or tracksuit bottoms are ideal. Bookings - A 50% deposit for the 'Pony Experience' to be paid at the time of booking by BACS, the remainder to be paid on the day by either cash or bank transfer. Cancellations - 48 hours notice is required for

cancellations of a 'Pony Experience' for a refund of the 50% deposit or to re-schedule. Any cancellations after 48 hours or 'no shows' the 50% will be NON refundable. Weather - In extreme weather, especially high winds riding may have to be cancelled for the safety of the children and the ponies. If it is not possible to re-schedule you have the option of continuing with the grooming, pony care and handling of the ponies.
