Please don’t forget that all payments for your grooms need to be paid for on the day of your appointment. I really don’t want to be chasing anyone for payments especially this close to Christmas. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If you have already made an appointment for 2025 then you do need to make your deposit payment to secure your bookings. Without a deposit you won’t have an appointment.
Please make sure all outstanding grooming fee payments and all deposits are made by the 23rd Dec at the latest so we can all sit back and relax over the festive break without having to think about them or for me to be chasing anyone.. 🙏🏻

So it’s been a busy old couple of days for Dana & Cillian…
We competed at the Ladies Kennel Association Thursday. Dana’s 2nd competition since having Cillian & Cillians first Big Championship Show.
Dana was placed 2nd in a group of some very strong bi***es. Cillian competed in the Puppy Dog Class, he was a little star holding his own in the class. Cillian missed out on a Crufts qualifying placement this time. (But we still have time to qualify)The important thing of the day was that he enjoyed himself and moved smoothly. We are looking forward to seeing how he progresses while he grows and matures.

I would just like to say a very BIG thank you to all of you supporting and understanding the new changes going forward here at HRH. I really do appreciate it and feel blessed.

I will be contacting all of you that’s paid their deposits with your receipt over this coming weekend along with all the requested bookings for 2025.

‼️‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE NEW ‼️‼️
Changes for Bookings & Payments
For 2025.

After a lot of thought I have been forced into taking the very hard decision to make changes regarding my Booking & Payment methods due to the increase of No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations.

‼️I will be taking a 50% Non refundable/Non transferable deposit (per dog)at the time of booking. This will secure and confirm your appointment with me.

‼️For Block Bookings:
It will be a ONE OFF payment and will be held as a “Rolling Deposit” when you Block Book your appointments with me. ‼️(Please Note if the deposit isn’t paid there will be NO appointment booked for you)

‼️You will be required to pay the deposit(per dog) at the time of making your bookings. BUT your full grooming fee will still need to be paid at the time of your appointment as normal.

‼️For Single Bookings:
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 5working days notice the deposit (per dog)will be lost.
If you do not Show up for your appointment the deposit will be lost and no future bookings will be given.

‼️For Block Bookings:
If the appointment is cancelled with less 5 working days notice the deposit will be lost.
If you do not Show up for your appointment all your other booked appointments will be cancelled and no future bookings will be given.

Please note ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE OR ON COLLECTION OF YOUR DOG(S)
(Bank Transfer’s : Card & Cash payment’s are accepted).

I will be contacting all of you over the next couple of weeks that already have made appointments for 2025 for your deposit payments per dog to secure your bookings for you.
If the deposit payment isn’t made then the appointment will be reopened for someone else to book.

I hope you all understand that this isn’t an easy decision or a decision I’ve made lightly it is however a necessary step I need to take for my business financially and to be able to accommodate all of those that are wanting and waiting to use my services.
