I am officially on leave!

Wow where has the year gone? I feel so very lucky to be able to live my dream… and of course I couldn’t do this without all my amazing clients, friends and family. I am still pinching myself! Cheers to you all! You all rock!!!

And apologies to my poor husband who has to listen to all the “ horsey talk” 😘. I know secretly he loves it 😂. My stable smell, the dirty car “ hay barn on wheels” all the straw, shavings and hay I bring into the house 😂 and all the constant “ I am freezing, but happy” I love ya 💕

Something really Exciting happened last Friday at Sophie Allison Livery. Two of the horses Pea and Archiesaurus went to Cheltenham to be ridden by Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin. Both Pea and Dino behaved impeccably 💕

Hello everyone, as the cold, wet and muddy season has arrived, could I please ask that when you have booked a clipping appointment that your horse/pony is dry and clean. I’ve sadly had journeys where I couldn’t clip due to muddy/ skin gritty or wet/damp horses/ponies.
Unfortunately the clippers won’t be able to cut the hair and will just pull it which makes it very uncomfortable for our fur babies. It also damages the blades and puts unnecessary stress on my clipper motor.

If the horse is bathed leading up to the clip the result will be much nicer and so will the experience be for your beloved four legged friend. X

As If I’m not able to clip your horse/pony due to it being dirty/ muddy/wet/damp A surcharge of £14 plus mileage will now be applied

Here’s little Lucky all clipped and looking very smart… Lucky is the oldest member of Kennedy Track Livery. She is not keen at all to have her legs and face clipped. She was so brave today and let me tidy her beautiful face and I even managed to clip her legs a little. You just got to love her 💕

It’s been a fabulous few weeks at work, busy , fun and rewarding all at the same time. Today I went for my first hack since my op and all I can say is… I’ve missed it so much and I loved every step. Thank you to my fabulous boss Sophie and Zak for looking after me! Can life get any better? 💕
