We're very excited to announce that because Gemma is slightly incapacitated for a couple of weeks we've decided to put our new 5mx2m pool in next week! Fortunately her brother Adam and George's husband, Mark are free to sort it out for us.
Thank you to those pool patients for being able to move to other slots or postpone until it's finished.
Watch this space for progress.
Dear Delilah, ( sausage of pink wheels fame!) Is now putting several steps together on her own! I'm so proud of her and Emma for the effort they're putting in! She won't need those wheels for much longer!

If you're still not convinced this one will change you mind, surely! I can't wait to see her on the beach!
This is the lovely, cheeky Delilah. Delilah sadly needed spinal surgery and although she can walk and place her feet fairly well in the underwater treadmill, she is still struggling on land.
I talk to many people about wheels for their dogs and a lot don't like the idea, at first.
However, there's a long list of benefits if a dog does take to them. Your dog can go out and run around and be a dog for a start. It keeps them fit. And in Delilahs case- if you look closely she is actually using her hind legs quite well, she just isn't able to support her whole body weight yet.
Since Emma has had the wheels she's noticed that Delilah is trying to walk more on her own at home and can do several steps. The wheels are giving her motivation and helping to strengthen and keep her fit.
So don't rule wheels out!
Some of you have already met Georgina. Georgina has just qualified as a small animal hydrotherapist and will be helping us out from time to time. With a long history of working with humans and their musculoskeletal issues it was easy for Georgina to transfer her knowledge to dogs. In her spare time she is busy with 5 rescue collies (including Susie pictured in the video) and her horses.
Muffin is an older staffie cross who has been coming for arthritis treatments in the underwater treadmill she's doing so well and is so full of beans we had a little trot today!muffin loves her paddles 😁
Do you remember Logan who is missing a hindlimb? He's on week 8 of a 10 week course of treadmill therapy. He's gone from being pooped after 3 minutes to bouncing along for 8 minutes (split into sets ). His owner, Hannah, says he's going upstairs unaided and is full of energy out on walks. Unusually, his hindlimb is in line with his forelimb as he walks, showing how strong and balanced he is. Most tripods place the limb in the middle. Hannah does everything she can for him, monthly massage, a good diet and joint supplements.-she especially advocates greenlipped muscle which seems to have given him some extra oomph since he started it. He's such a lovely boy - and is enjoying life to the full.😊❤
Dodger’s mum sent over this video today of this cheeky chap using his wheels today. Dodger unfortunately has a degenerative disease but works hard in his hydro and physio sessions so he can stay as strong as possible, we are so proud of him. #dogsonwheelsrock #dogsofinstagram #puglife #caninehydrotherapy #caninelasertherapy #pugoftheday

Don’t tell the dogs but this is the very handsome Jago during his hydrotherapy treatment for muscle wastage after an operation on his knee. He also purrs his way through some laser treatment for the inflammation. #catsofinstagram #catoftheday #bengalcat #donttellthedog #smallanimalrehabilitation #hydrotherapyforcats #companionlasertherapy #cornwalllife #cornwallliving #catsofcornwall
