It's sometimes easy to forget just how lucky we have been when getting lost just spending time with my boys that have been so ill .Thankfully they are well on the road to recovery now . Marley we could have easily lost as he could not breath at one point , he likes to just remind me with the wound from his tracheotomy ( looks nasty but is healing well ) that literally saved his life 🥰 I stand by this " spread the word not the disease " for the sake of other people's horses

**** update -** the test results have come back positive as suspected 😥******

One of our ponies is displaying symptoms of strangles. Fortunately the pony is isolated anyway . We have strict biosecurity measures in place as of this morning . Test results will be with us in a couple of days to confirm or rule out .

If any of our clients do travel to other stables or in contact with other horses please do let us know so we can advise you as a precaution
