It is with mixed emotions that Equine Services Ltd will not be continuing its services.
Following the recent government changes, it is no longer viable and we need to focus our efforts on making sure our own farm succeeds.
We would like to thank all our clients for their support over the years, it has been a great journey!

Today's paddock after a flail and mulch 🚜🐴 Is it a paddock or is it a lawn? 😍 #welovestripes

Yesterday's paddock clearance! Clean field ✅️😊🚜

Aerating and compaction! 🤓 Horse paddocks are known for being compacted... meaning less air, water and nutrients can get to the roots. By aerating it allow the circulation of air and water and nutrients can reach the roots too. End result = deeper roots and thicker swards! Aka healthier grass! 🌱 Timing is key....too early and you'll be opening the roots up to frost ❄️, too late and the land dries up ☀️ Our grass tyres and compact tractors mean so much less compaction than traditional agricultural tyres and heavy tractors! No point paying for your paddocks to be treated then compacting them! 🚜🐎

☀️False spring is definitely here!☀️ Although it may seem tempting to get started on spring works it isn't spring just yet! Temperatures are still freezing at night, weeds aren't out to take on the spray etc etc. A few more weeks will make all the difference and ensure you get the most out of paddock maintenance services. When conditions are right we'll be there! 🚜

The rain may be messing with our spraying plans (appreciate our clients understanding!) but poo picking never stops 🤪 An essential job for horses health, if you've fallen behind or would rather us do the work please get in touch :) Our TeraVac uses suction which does a much better job than by hand, helping to keep on top of worm control! 🪱
