Today we welcomed Dizzy 😵‍💫❤️
A whirlwind of spaniel energy!
Dizzy really is the perfect name for her.
She took to the play session like a duck to water and I can’t wait for her and Ozzy my other crazy spaniel to meet tomorrow 💨🐾🐶

It was lovely to be back at Developing dogs dog field today. The only place we could get an earlier slot. The drive was worth it. Such an amazing dog field and the pups loved it. I tried to teach them a rain dance in hope that we may get a thunderstorms and clear this terrible humid heat but it hasn’t worked so far😪
Hopefully it will come tonight, don’t think I’ve ever wanted it to rain so much🙏🏻

So so sorry but today’s play session is cancelled. I couldn’t get the field any earlier than 11 and 24-25oc is dangerous for dogs to run around in. ☹️
I hate to let people down but the safety of your dogs is most important.

No dog died from missing one walk, but they can die from heatstroke

Also Emily our new Great Dane met tiny tilly and are now bosom buddies♥️

Monty faster than the speed of light and Ozzy chasing pretending his a seal🤣

We have some extremely sad news at Cambridge tails and trails today 😢 Sadly our new precious girl Lucy ran off last night while out with her owner and was hit by a car. She didn’t survive and has now crossed the rainbow bridge to be with all the other precious doggy angels. 🌈 Lucy had only been with Cambridge tails and trails for a few short weeks and settled in straight away. She was a very sociable dog and loved to run. Full of energy and certainly had the crazy spaniel in her. Lucy never got to meet Ozzy which is a great shame as they were so similar in personality. They would of 100% been besties and I couldn’t wait to see them together. But sadly that won’t happen now😢 Her owners are absolutely devastated and my heart goes out to them. It really is every dog owners worst nightmare. RIP precious Lucy, we were so happy to have you at the Cambridge tails and trails family for the short time that we did. You won’t be forgotten 💜🌈🌈🌈

Monday was a fun day. Went out early to avoid the heat. The new girls got to meet some more pups from Cambridge Tails and Trails 🐕‍🦺🐾
