Saturday 7th September, we will be at the Community Fun Day, Watch Office Green, 12-5pm, free entry. Everybody welcome!

Live music from the Weald’s very own band, The Weald Thing • Off the Beaten Truck providing food trucks • The White Hart pub are returning with a pop-up bar • Kids’ Lawn Games • Over 20 Market Stalls - ranging from crafts, to food stalls, to face painting and even a silent disco!

In addition to all of this, Urban & Civic are holding a Heritage Day next door in The Club celebrating the extensive history of the area. Oxford Archaeology will hold a talk about before it became an airbase stretching back a long way into history, an exhibition on artefacts found during the site digs will be on display, then the Airfield Research Group will hold a talk about the history of the Airbase itself.
