IMPORTANT UPDATE

From July 1st, I will have full availability again on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends for dog walks, drop in visits, dog nanny services, and pet sits.

Mondays and Wednesdays will continue to be unavailable, so dog sits will still not be possible for full weeks - all other pet sits depend on the level of independence.

As my calendar currently fills up super quick, please make sure to book your pet in a few weeks in advance ideally to avoid disappointment. And if you're a new client please get in touch a week in advance for us to be able to set up your pet with Pawsitive Poppins.

We've been practicing a new game. It feels like every day we have to start from zero but by the end of the day she starts to get it. We are still in the starting phase of just teaching to not knock them over but using a gentle lick or touch in order to get a cup lifted up. We are also working on "roll over" and reintroduced hide and seek. 🙂

Cancelation & Payment Policy

Behind the scenes, I've been working hard on adjusting my cancellation policy. With more dog walks and drop-in visits coming in as well as taking on more and more regular clients, I found my old policy based on my last year of mostly pet sits needs added terms benefiting those booking mostly walks and shorter visits.
And I added an extra bonus for all my regulars. 🌸

Do you ever wonder why you don't see as many different pets on here as on other dog walker/pet sitter pages?

Many of them have it in their T&Cs that pet owners must be okay with their pet's photo/video being shared on their social media. My clients get to choose, as while it would be great advertisement for myself, I also fully respect their wishes for privacy and staying anonymous in the public eye. I also avoid using the pets' names, owners' names, and keep the location as anonymous as possible even if I get their permission to share media of their pet.

So you often get to see the same pet(s) on my page as some of my clients don't want their pet's photos shared and I'm happy to have their trust and be chosen for that reason. 🌸

And so this incredibly busy week comes to an end with looking after this jack russell guy for probably the last time as they're moving away. We had a wonderful very enjoyable last day and he was on his best behavior as always!🥰

This week has started with lots and lots of cuddles from the funniest sweetest lovebug and we played more hide and seek, this time adding in the garden. ☺😅😍

It's been quite a rainy week which was spent trying out new games like hide & seek and teaching new fun tricks and then having more meet & greets for future bookings.
The calendar is definitely filling up fast and I often have to turn down last minute requests. Please make sure to book your pet in at least a week ahead of time if possible!

Most of the upcoming weekends are already booked or requested and I started a waiting list. I still have very limited drop in and dog walk availability left for lunch time in arbury though if you're interested.

This week was filled with more puppy mischief, cat visits, and a lately rare little treat of a tiny break in the most magical bluebell forest. Even the weather was kind and let the sun shine through. 🙃

Our week was filled with more cuddles, chomping, zooming around the garden, training sessions, playtime, snoozes, and more. I have the most eager student too learning so incredibly fast and always eager to figure out another puzzle. She's as eager of course to be a tattoo artist and chewing on anything she can get her teethers on. And being the sweetest cuddle bug. 😄🥰

The first full week with this little piranha-teethed nugget has started and she did so well. We did a few training sessions, snoozes, and plenty of play. And then there was another feline housemate claiming my lap while the other was asleep. 🥰

Another busy week went by and I got to look after these incredibly sweet, funny, and loving guys. One loving playtime and his chew toys while the other can't get enough of cuddles and literally throwing herself into my lap for more and more and more...😅🥰

This weekend I got to look after this oh so very gentle and affectionate feline friend again. Whatever she does, she's fully enjoying every minute of it whether it's sunbathing, cuddles, or sleeping. I'm absolutely in love with her and am gonna enjoy the rest of our time together!🥰

Please check out my revised price list which should clarify any possible add-on costs. The basic rates stay completely unchanged. But I hope everything is phrased as clear as can be. If you are looking for pet care, do get in touch for a chat and quote! :)

As pre-announced a few days ago, here are my new rates starting from tomorrow, Monday Sep 17th 2023. The sitting rates are only partly set. As I work in different towns and regions, plus depending on the length you need me, I can adjust the cost slightly(!) downwards.

I'm looking forward to continuing looking after your pets! :)
