Westlodge kennels and cattery is very special with a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere where the care and welfare of our dog and cat guests is of prime importance. Our boarding kennels are less than an hour from 3 major airports: Stansted (just 20 minutes away), Heathrow and Luton. As you would expect, every dog is brushed and cared for individually throughout the day by a dedicated member

of staff who, we promise, will cater to your dog's every whim. We feel that this shows our commitment to the high standards we aim to achieve here at Westlodge. Our vision has always been to ensure we have the best kennel facilities in the country, so we are always investing in upgrading our facilities to make sure they stay first rate. We believe that all dogs are truly amazing creatures, with personalities and characteristics as individual and distinctive as their beautiful coats. Westlodge is also a very special cattery with a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere where the care and welfare of our cat guests is of prime importance. We are very proud to announce the opening of a brand new luxury cattery, consisting of 10 exclusive cat suites, including
3 exclusive luxury V.I.C Suites (Very Important Cat!)
7 luxury Themed Suites including a large family suite
and Traditional pens
Not only are our cat suites filled with daylight, beautiful views and the most comfortable, luxury cat beds, they are naturally built with the highest welfare, hygiene and construction standards. As you would expect, every cat is brushed and cared for individually throughout the day by a dedicated member of staff who, we promise, will cater to your cat's every whim. We believe that all cats are truly amazing creatures, with personalities and characteristics as individual as distinctive as their beautiful coats.

We are super excited to introduce our new hydrotherapist Aimee!
Aimee is a qualified L3 Hydrotherapist who will be taking over Cambridge Hydrotherapy Centre on the 3rd of October. Aimee can’t wait to meet all of Kevin’s old clients and brand new ones and will be sending emails out to those existing about booking in with her over the next few weeks so keep checking your inbox!

‘I started hydrotherapy as I just had a love for dogs and water! My love for it started to grow when I done work experience at a centre and got to watch what I loved everyday. I really pushed hard to get my qualification when my old dog, Stan, had a spinal cord stroke and awful Arthritis in his hind limbs. I hope to in the future start training for the L6 qualification and even study Physiotherapy so I can provide the best service for the dogs’

EASTERN COUNTIES GOLDEN RETRIEVER CLUB

ECGRC Rescue Rally, Fun Day and Breed Club Open Show- to be held at Pear Tree farm, Hartest, IP29 4EQ on Sunday 26th May.

Rally Events commence from 11am.

The club are looking forward to welcoming you and your dogs to our annual fun day and fundraising event and we have lots of events planned for you to have fun together with:

By purchasing a day ticket you can participate in any or all of the following unlimited times : Land Scurry, Obedience Classes, Fun Dog Show and a new event this year: Have a Go Gundog Training.

The cost of the ticket is £8.00 for 1 dog and £5.00 for any following dogs belonging to the same family.

Also available on the day KCGC Bronze Award (no fixed cost but we are asking for a donation please), Raffle, Trimming, Breed Club Open Show, BBQ, Refreshments, Homemade cakes and various.

The main event of the day is the rescue parade in the main ring at 2.00pm,
