Ava and Breeze!
This is a little rider I’m sure everyone who’s followed my page a while will recognise, riding my own lovely horse Breeze!🤩 Ava has gone from the little lazy riding school ponies and the lovely little Clayton to a 15.3hh horse and the progress they have made in such a short amount of time is incredible (in September they could not even trot without a leader) and the other day they jumped 80cm! There is lots to work on but Ava has been waiting a very long time to have the opportunity to jump some bigger fences and Breeze is just the right horse to teach her💖
Don’t be fooled by the lack of posts! I’ve been out and about lots recently both teaching and schooling however am now basing myself at a few lovely yards a bit more including FMD sport horses where I’ve been doing a bit of work with the lovely boy Astronaut 🤍 he is an ottb who has had to overcome lots of struggles but is beginning to take to his new job as a dressage horse🤞! We are just keeping everything calm and steady at the moment but he’s doing well💖

Paxton and Jasper! Jasper is another fairly green one and his favourite activity is to approach every fence at speed, we’ve been using a little grid today to back him off and help him to focus on his footwork as well as getting them to work as a team! Very well done🤩

Ava and Clayton! Over the past month Ava has been learning to jump, before beginning her journey with Clayton she had only been doing raised poles and one or two fences therefore has achieved all of this in only 5 sessions and they are now jumping courses together! We are working on Ava’s position as well as her getting Clayton more forward around the corners. Very well done 😍
Esmaii working hard with her pony Thunder, he is freshly broken and very new to the school! Being an inexperienced boy he does get quite nappy and so esmaii has been working on staying confident and giving him clear and firm instructions as well as lots of positive reinforcement to show him the right way! Very well done❤️
Amazing work last week! Jill has been working very hard on her confidence and so she's able to give her lovely horse Maggie lots of confidence too!They've come on so much in a short time and have both had a much more positive attitude to riding especially in the school! Really great work🤩

Heidi
For those of you that don’t know this is one of my lovely horses Heidi❤️ I’ve not had her long but already have such a soft spot for her! She thinks very highly of herself (as she should!) We are working on getting her a bit sharper and off the leg on the flat🥰
As you can see this was a lesson a few months ago in less than ideal conditions 🙈 love seeing Abi and her amazing pony Breeze do so well together! (Not that I’m bias or anything😂)
I’ve had a lovely busy day of teaching and riding today! Had 5 horses all working really well! This is the only video I got🙈 but amazing riding from everyone and thank you all for the support❤️
