So Nikki and I are currently staying at Wagtail Cottage our holiday let.
Last night and this lunchtime we went for a walk with the three dogs through the fields near to the cottage. We came across this herd of deer. Simply beautiful. We watched them for a short time until they decided to do the off !
These deer were 100 yards from the cottage ! So far this week we have seen a fox - two varieties of deer - a barn owl - hares and badgers. All on the doorstep !

Returned last week from our cottage in Norfolk. Below are a few snaps taken from the nearby beach - Cart Gap (2 miles from the cottage) and the field walks which are direct from the front door. It’s a wonderful time of the year to go up to Norfolk as the beaches are almost deserted and the cafes / restaurants which nearly all accept dogs are less busy.

Nikki and I popped up to Wag-tail Cottage in Norfolk for the weekend. Felt very weird not having the three dogs with us to walk along the deserted dog friendly beaches. However we enjoyed catching up with dear friends and being tourists.
Highlight was visiting Horsey Beach and watching newborn seal pups with their mums. Very privileged to see such an event.

Have popped up to Norfolk in the camper with Nikki and Bear. Miles of Sandy deserted beaches and so far have stayed dry ! Back at the weekend for more lessons.
