Had a visit this morning from Rufus' lovely owners. Sadly Rufus passed away a couple of months ago and they brought me these beautiful flowers to say thanks for looking after him when he came for his holidays. 💔

**ADVANCED NOTICE OF INCREASE IN CHARGES**

Due to the increasing cost of everything, I find it necessary to increase my boarding charges from JANUARY 2025. This will only be my third increase in 10 years of trading, but unfortunately I cannot sustain the current rate.

Therefore, from 1st January 2025 the charges will be as follows:-

1 x😽 = £12.00 per night
2 x 😽😽 = £20.00 per night
3 x 😽😽😽 = £25.00 per night
4 x 😽😽😽😽 = £30.00 per night

Existing bookings will be honoured at this year's prices.

Cannot believe that's me reached 10 years today since I opened my cattery! I would like to thank all my lovely customers again for their continued support, from my very first customers, Barrel and Smokey Joe, to the ones I have in residence at the moment and every one in between. Oh! - and a big thank you to all their lovely owners too, of course 😻 Here's to the next 10 🐾🥂 xx

New reminder system:

Our new reminder system has been up and running this week! Some of you will have already received some communications - keep an eye out for reminders of booked appointments, vaccinations due, and flea/tick/worm treatments – by text or email (and letter for those without access to these), all at no additional cost to our clients.

If you would like to ensure you receive these by the most convenient method, please let us know your contact preferences at the surgery. Alternatively, let us know if you wish to opt out of this service.

Repeat parasite treatment can now also be reordered via the link in your reminder, and these will be available to collect from the surgery within 24 hours. You may also continue to order by phone or by visiting the practice as always.

This lovely litter of Shih Tzu pups were in getting prepared to go to their new homes this week – we look forward to seeing them again for 2nd vaccinations soon!
