A few simple steps to keep your dogs nice and cool in this hot weather..... DONT WALK YOUR DOG (a few days not being walked is better than burnt paws). freeze some fruit in water and let them lick it. keep your dog well groomed (that’s what I’m here for) .Encourage them to stay in the shade or in a nice cool house. make sure they have plenty to drink but also be aware of how much they are drinking too much could be bad for them too

Would like to give a big shout out to loki....
Loki has come such a long way and here is our story...
Loki is a border collie cross Staffie, hes 10 and a half years old, very very nervous and very vocal with growling... he's really wary of having is claws done especially his back ones, loki hates his claws being held and requires a tonne of treats!..
I've been working with loki on a fortnightly basis since the beginning of December and he has come such a long way!!...
First visit back in December we started with just his front claws he growled and growled all the way through and snapped at me on the last claw.. this was fine its something we worked on...
Fast forward to today and we have had a claws cut and filed still requiring a tonne of treats and lots of encouragement but no incidents took his nails shorter than I have done before and made them very smooth to stop him shredding his human to death...
Next few visits I will focus on claws and coat then when the warm weather comes its time to get him used to bathing and drying.
I so enjoy working with loki and look forward to many more visits 🐕

So as Boris Johnson has announced there is a national lock down...
I can still groom ur furry friend due to it being animal welfare...
I will be attending in full ppe so gloves, face mask, possibly a face shield depending on furry friends behaviour.. with a apron to protect my clothing I will be fully sanitised before entering your property and my test results can be produced on request if required...
With hard and uncertain times ahead please be assured I will still be here to care for your furry friends and questions please don't hesitate to pop me a message
