We're going to mss these guys but we know they have all gone to great homes. Our last boy, Dhan is staying with us for a week or so while his new home is prepared so the nest isn't quite empty. I'm positive all these kittens will bring so much joy (and entertainment) to their new families.

We're going to miss this little boy. He caused us a bit of stress in his early days but that extra bit of help he needed was worth it. He's grown into such a lovely clingy boy. He's going to be spoilt at his new home with Bhaji
This poor boy was rejected by his breeder because of his physical imperfections. He's been rescued but needs urgent vet care to amputate his leg.

Love it when a bonded pair get to stay together. These 2 will be leaving us this weekend and setting off to live with their new family. They will definitely keep them on their toes and make them very happy.

As an ethical breeder we spay and neuter all our kittens before they leave for their pet homes.
While it may seem a big operation for such small kittens research shows that they recover better at a young age with no detrimental effects on growth or behaviour.
New owners don't have to stress about altering their pets or about them starting the unsocial behaviour associated with whole cats. Whole cats (male and female) may mark their territory by urinating or deficating inappropriately as well as fighting, spraying and calling for a mate.
As well as all the benefits for their new family the kittens themselves under go less stress from hormones raging in their bodies unnecessarily and a faster recovery. They are also at less risk from certain cancers and being rehomed because of inappropriate behaviour.
The biggest plus for us is that we KNOW NONE of our kittens will end up at a kitten farm or back yard breeder churning out kittens for profit with little or no health monitoring. They will not accidentally get out and have unplanned and unwanted pregnancies before their little bodies are ready.

I love hearing from our kitten families. Vindaloo will be moving in with her older brothers (from another mister) Setharoth (Richard the Lionheart) and Anakin (Henry II).
They look so much like Sgt Pepper and Oswald, the genes are strong with these ones.
