New year, same policies ✨

Cancellation Policy -
Any cancellation made within 48hrs of your ‘appointment’ will be charged at 50% of the quoted price.
Any cancellation made within 24hrs of your ‘appointment’ will be charged at 100% of the quoted price.

Payment Policy -
• Invoices will be sent once work is finished, this may be on a daily or weekly basis. They can be sent by either text, WhatsApp or email.
• Payment by either BACS, cash or PayPal.
• Payment is due within 24hrs.
• After 24hrs a late payment fee of 10% will be added each day. I do expect this to be payed alongside the original invoice total. Payment will be incomplete if late payment fee isn’t included.

3x late payments without valid reasons will result in me cancelling/ refusing any future work. The same stands for blatantly ignoring any contact.

This will be pinned to the top of my page for anyone to have a look at and also sent over to all new clients.

Massage pad sessions 🥳
I’ve had loads of enquiries about this recently, and having seen the benefit the equilibrium massage pad has on my own horses I absolutely love it.
With this cold weather coming it is brilliant for keeping your horses warm and supple through their back.
Covering Cannock, Stafford, Rugeley, Lichfield and surrounding areas. Discounts available for yard bookings.
I assume this will be a popular one so get booked quick! 🐴

Unfortunately, over the last few weeks I have had continual problems regarding late payments.
Therefore, over the next few days I will be in contact with all existing clients with a contract stating my T&C’s, this will need to be signed by both parties for me to continue to do any work.
ANYONE who pays late, without valid reason ( I’m not a complete monster, life happens I understand that ) will no longer be able to have any work done in the future. Come on guys, it’s not on, please please stop disappearing off the face of the earth when I invoice.

All invoices are sent via text / email / WhatsApp. I can see when they’ve been opened😉

Weekly payments - MUST be made by the last day of the week.
Monthly payments - MUST be made by the last day of the month.
Daily payments - MUST be made by the end of the day.

I hate to moan but I also hate chasing payments when the works been done!
Please note I do add a 10% charge for each day of late payment.
99% of you all are brilliant so thank you so much🫶🏼

Es**rt had a lovely back feather wash & tail wash, I even gave her a little trim to tidy up her very long tail!
I found some little scabby bits in Es**rts feather, very very common in cobs. Luckily her owner keeps on top of cleaning her legs therefore keeping any grease build up to a minimum which is great.
And lovely Delilah also had a feather wash & she was brilliantly behaved for a 4 year old.
Finished off with some pig oil on their legs to try and keep the mud off🧽🫧
