My mom will teach me in between external lessons on her big horse but to get my confidence and balance I need lessons on something more my size. As my mom is already working very hard and has lots of bills to pay, I thought it would be a good idea to help with the cost

of lessons. So I have started tack cleaning with the hope that I can get enough pocket money to put towards my lessons. With my moms help I take apart the bridles and thoroughly clean them (oil if requested) and condition the leather. The bit has a good soak in some warm water to get dried food and saliva off. The saddles, stirrup leathers, and girth will all get the same treatment and I also clean the stirrup Irons too. Any synthetic tack gets a good clean too!
