Hi everyone 👋 it’s been a long time since I posted, things slip my mind a lot 🙈 as of 2024 I will be making an effort to post more often!

It’s been a whole year since I have moved my business to home, I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made regarding my business.
Just want to say a massive thankyou to all my amazing customers who have supported me through this change I couldn’t have done it without you! I am very grateful 🥹

Christmas 🎄 is around the corner with exactly 5 Fridays left until Christmas day 😁
I have limited appointments left for December so if you want your doggies pampered ready for Santa 🎅 either message the page or text me as my signal Is not the best at the moment and I will get back to you asap!
My last working day is Friday 22nd I will then be off until 2nd January

A few things that are toxic to dogs! Be sure to do research before giving your dog new foods and contact your veterinarian if they get into something they shouldn’t have.

For those of you that are not aware - we have made important changes to our business as of 4th November 2022.

Due to unfortunate changes in agreements we have moved our location, Olivia is now grooming from home ( don't worry its just up the road from where we were ). As some customer's know their dogs choose there groomer ;) so for those clients that have chose my mom she will make herself available to continue there grooms.

If you have an appointment booked I will be messaging prior to your appointment so don't worry. If you think we do not have the correct contact details please contact us.

Please note a few new rules I need you to help me follow at the new location.

1. Please wait in your car and call on arrival to let me know your here.
2. A text or a call will be made to you approximately 15min before ready to collect.
3. Please give me a call when you arrive to collect I will come to you

Please don't hesitate to contact for any further info.

Once again need to thank everyone for there patience. As things haven't been up to scratch this year due to many different reasons.
Really appreciate you all for sticking with us through thick and thin
We aim to be much more organised now things are settling down.

There are plenty of dog behaviourists as there are dog groomers nowadays 🙂🐾🐾🐾🐾.

We all have our preferences
I also study dog behaviour which helps hugely for dog grooming 🛁

I follow many trainers & behaviourist. Trying new/different techniques when ever I need to. 🐕

The Southend short vid clips are ace... none offensive no bull 💩 approach, staying professional whilst explaining perfectly!💯

I recommend using this technique for journeys to vet & dog grooming appointments 👍 😀

Thought we might loose Minnie Dog on Saturday 🥺....pyometra 😔

Luckily my local vet performed emergency surgery right away 😌.

Shes now recovering 🤕

And wearing 1 of Freddies baby grows 🤗 because she is petrified of the lamp shade 😬😚.
