Dreamy and I entered Master Groom grooming competition today in Pure Breed Scissor intermediate class and won 2nd place 🥲💚 we've been working extra hard on the traditional bichon style and finally made placement! I'm so proud of my gorgeous little poppet! 🥰

Yesterday I groomed my boy Prince's sister Daisy, here they are together looking like goofy twinnies! 🖤🖤

Sadly their mummy dog passed away last week 💔 Lola was very special to me, she was not only the reason I fell in love with this breed and the amount of love they give, but she was the first dog I ever competed with and won 2nd place on our first run. 'Lola she was a show girl' is what I used to sing to her 🥲🥺🥺 missing her so much but she lives on in Daisy and Princey 💚

The super well behaved Poppy the German Shepherd 😍 what a beauty!

Many of you may notice if you have a double coated dog they have begun to moult more recently! This is because the season is changing and they are shedding their winter coat, also called a 'blown coat'.

Now is a good time for a groom to help them along with removing this dead undercoat so that they can regulate their body temperature and cool down, also saving your vacuum!!

I had to say goodbye for now to this tiny pickle yesterday! Miyo is a toy poodle, she's been staying with us for 2 weeks whilst her pawrents visited family abroad. Loved every second of sitting her and miss her sleeping on my pillow 🙈 I think I need a third dog..... 🤭💚💚💚

Pink Power!! Pretty little Dolly had a pink rinse today 💖💖 it's totally safe doggy colour shampoo. She is none the wiser that she is pink and will love all the extra attention she is going to undoubtedly get! 🥰
I have won some of my awards in Creative Grooming and don't often get chance to do it day-to-day so this was super fun for me!

Training cockerpoo puppy Binky with the feeling/sound of trimmers on her paws!
You can do this at home with your own doggos if you have been told they are nervous for their paws at the groomers, anything that vibrates will work e.g. electric toothbrush, beard trimmer with blade removed etc! 💚
